Named for the architectural style of the home, Dragestil ("Dragon Style") is a style of design and architecture that originated in Norway featuring decoration in the form of dragon heads with steep roofs and big eaves. You will be hard pressed to find a more unique location in Duluth. This 2nd floor Scandinavian condo is sleek, stylish, and loaded with extras. With free parking in the heart of Duluth, and Park Point neighborhood, you are just steps away from Canal Park, where you will find fantastic restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops, art galleries & more. The bedroom features a plush king sized bed and lots of storage capacity. The kitchen is fully equipped with your basic essentials; with seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The open space concept allows for everyone to spend time together, whether you are relaxing on the cozy sofa or lounge chair in the living room or cooking up something tasty in the kitchen. The sofa has a full size pullout bed allowing the apartment to sleep 4, keep in mind however, the bathroom is located through the bedroom.

Husband, 12 yr old daughter and myself stayed in #3. Very easy access to everything, so it’s a great location. Accommodations were good for coming and going while visiting Duluth. Everything we needed was available. Lots of linens. Comfy bed and couch. Pillows are very full and stiff so bring your own if that’s a preference.
My husband and I stayed a month at Dragestil House, Apt. #3. Love the location… walking distance to Canal Park, the Lake Walk, restaurants, shops, etc.
The apartment is amazing! It’s clean, lots of windows with incredible views, and it has most everything you need for your stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend staying here!
Place is in a great location next to the Lift Bridge making it an easy walk to Canal Park and the fun activities there. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ships go by, but had to bring stools from the kitchen out for that, Would be nice if there were a couple of chairs out there.
The place was clean and communication from the manager was excellent. The Bedroom was large and comfortable.
Only 4 stars because the furniture in the living area is pretty cheap and worn, especially the tables, along with the cabinets in the kitchen having pretty serious water damage. That and the construction that the owners of this place were doing next door made the parking area muddy, and we had to step around construction materials to get in when we arrived.
Important thing to know is YES, we would stay again, we enjoyed the place, just wish for a refresh of the main living area to make this place as nice as the typical VRBO properties we stay in.
We spent two nights at this property in Duluth to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The location with perfect…just across the lift bridge from Canal Park. The apartment is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed during our stay.
We travel to Duluth at least once a year, and this will be our go to spot. Incredible location, pet friendly, and just across the street from four miles of beach. You're also right across the bridge from Canal Park entertainment district. We are big fans of the Lincoln Park area (Bent Paddle Brewing, Ursa Minor Brewing, OMC, etc. etc., which is a simple five minute drive away. Also easy access to jump on 35N to get up to hiking areas at Hartley Nature Center or any of the Tischer/Lester falls areas. Five stars all the way around.
Great spot. Awesome to just sit, relax and enjoy the view. The boats would come in and we could literally walk to the lift bridge in under a min to watch. Perfect spot for the fourth of July.
