We had a great room with everything we needed. There was plenty of room, and best of all they had every plug you need. There was a nice pastry type breakfast and coffee machine to make coffee your own way. The staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed our one night stay, and had a room at the back of the hotel on the ground floor which was very quiet. It opened onto a garden area which was nice to sit in however our only suggestion for improvement would be that the garden furniture could do with an upgrade. Quick check-in with very friendly and helpful reception staff. Free car parking at the hotel was a great bonus.

Excellent location with great restaurants and cafes and a good walk to the castle, the royal mile etc.
The downside was the tiny bathroom and small room which was a tight squeeze with two large suitcases. The room itself was very stuffy so we slept both nights with the window as as open as we could have it. I can't imagine what it might be like in summer.
