"Home was just as advertised. Beautiful views across the back deck. We did not have neighbors on top of us and no one behind the house. Home was clean and well appointed. Enjoyed our stay and will book again!"

"The home is very comfortable and relaxing. It served our needs perfectly as we were visiting with family in the area. The layout is different from the norm. Not sure if we knew this or not ahead of time; however, the kitchen, dining room and primary bedroom are on the second floor. Whether you came in from the elevated deck or just off the drive/hot tub area you still needed to go up a dozen or so steps. Was just a bit exhausting for my 81 year husband. The home was clean and had an ample supply of linens, towels and best of all plates, utensils and glassware. Our hosts were very quick to answer any questions we had which was refreshing and very much appreciated. We spent several afternoons sitting out on the wrap around deck. The view of snow capped mountains was awe inspiring. Plenty of wildlife coming and going. If there had to be any issues - - - there was no ironing board and the iron would work only some of the time. The home is for sale so that signage is at the end of the drive and just a bit discomforting. Not that any people drive by and view the home - but it ultimately could have folks looking - which we are not comfortable with while we are there. We would certainly stay here again. The size of the home, furnishings and amenities will easily take on some of our extended family members. Thank you."

"Home is perfecty situated on the very top of a hill, minutes from shopping and resturaunts. 180 degree views of the San Juan's, and bonus of wildlife in the yard. Saw mule deer, fox, skunk and tons of birds right in the yard. Home is very comfortable, well kept and nicely decorated. Highly reccommended."

"Pagosa Mountain Views is a truly unique experience. The house itself is all that you would be looking for; its many features include a modern kitchen, modern bathrooms, and the beds (I have slept in all of them at different times over the years) are very comfortable. The views of Pagosa Peak from the living room are spectacular. The sunsets from the wrap around deck are amazing - have your camera or iPhone at the ready! The theatre/game room downstairs with all the entertainment possibilities will keep your group entertained. In sum, you will enjoy PMV - we have for 20 years.The Brays from Sugar Land, Texas."

"We could not have been any happier with a home! This place has it all. Comfort, cleanliness, elegance and the VIEWS! Oh the Views!! Casa del Sol has to be the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in. So many amenities and everything has comfort in mind. We thoroughly enjoyed having our coffee on the deck each morning. We watched the deer come and go. Quiet and serene. This home is so spacious and even though it was just me and my husband this time, we will be back with our children and grandchildren. The management company was so communicative and reached out to make sure we had ever We needed, even before we got there. Great and easy to work with. Casa del Sol is definitely top notch!!"
