"This is our eighth stay at this property and this review is really the same for all 8 stays. The property is new, excellent condition, close to the major highway, very friendly staff, safe and clean. We have a couple of issues though, firstly the “hot” breakfast buffet items are always cold. It doesn’t matter what time you come for breakfast, the hot items are cold. This could be greatly improved. In the meantime order some bespoke scrambled eggs so at least that will be warm. "Had a comfortable couple of nights at the hotel. Nice comfy bed, clean and well maintained room. Excellent breakfast. Just be aware that they appear to allow enormous school groups of teenagers to stay, who are given variable levels of supervision by their teachers. So, until they’re in bed, there was a lot of moving around, going in and out of rooms, slamming doors etc. Also, despite not going to bed until late, somehow they all managed to be at Breakfast at 0630 along with everybody...

"Arrived around 11pm, they was no staff member on site but the have a very clear telephone number on the door and the staff member helped straight away over the phone. I loved the room and the bathroom, however it will be nice if the owner can put a kettle, selection of coffee/tea and a cup for hot beverages in the room. "
