Experience unforgettable holiday days in the spacious holiday apartment A7 on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained house in the popular holiday destination Duce, just about 30 metres from the fine sandy beach. The apartment offers sufficient space for up to five people with 48.5 m² of living space and a 12 m² large south-facing terrace with sea view. The terrace is equipped with comfortable furniture and a parasol, inviting you to spend relaxing hours with a view of the glittering water.



The open living area combines kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, 2-plate stove, extractor hood, sink, cooking utensils and cutlery. A dining table for five people and a sofa bed for two people ensure maximum comfort. The separate, air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed, a sleeping chair, wardrobe, bedside tables and complete darkening for restful nights. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer. WiFi, satellite TV and air conditioning in both rooms are included. Pets are welcome by arrangement (additional fee).



The apartment is located on a spacious private property with a Mediterranean garden, shaded parking, outdoor grill, and boat mooring (reservation required).
