"The mattress was horrible. The pool was suddenly closed without explanation and information about the duration of the closure. The breakfast options were very limited. The hotel itself is very nice and the arcade room is a plus."

"This hotel is higher on the cost spectrum. No problem as it quite an attractive property so I opt for it. Have stayed maybe 10 times. Frankly not again. First, I am so unhappy with expensive hotels nickle & diming guests. Charging for things that, totally acceptable but much less expensive hotels, just offer courteously. Bottle water in the room $5. Ridiculous parking fee. I don't expect a room with a view of Long Island Sound...but had a vast expense of a tar paper roof. I COULD however see the tips of trees way off it the distance. Then the internet wouldn't connect. The front desk just shoved me off onto an off-shore generic IT help service which after 1 minute I knew that sitting in Bangalore was not going to help me at all getting a WiFi signal from the router downstairs in Greenwich CT. I don't think I will stay an 11th time."

"Unacceptable. Arrived to two rooms riddled with mould. We could not stay there for a night! Staff were very unhelpful and we are still trying to be refunded with little to no help or response. This hotel should not be in operation."

"We stayed at this beautiful home to be nearby for our daughter's wedding. It was well-situated and had so much space inside and outside. The host could not have been more welcoming and available and considerate of our needs. While we used it as a base of operations, I think it would be wonderful for a family get-together of any kind. You could hang out there, cook big meals and feel we cared for. Lots of common space on the main floor and lovely bedrooms and baths upstairs. We loved our time there and highly recommend it for a family gathering."
