"I am a disabled female confined to a wheelchair due to a broken hip. I paid for a 2 Bed Room REQUESTING a room on the FIRST Floor because I am unable to climb the 12 steps they have to the second floor at this location. I requested a First Floor Room online on HOTELS.Com website. Upon arrival at 7 PM the manager advised me my room was on the second floor and there were no elevators at this motel. I asked him if anyone on the first floor who had not checked in if they would be willing to switch to the second floor with two beds. He said NO without 1 ounce of compassion towards my situation. Please be advised this Motel is not in a safe area in case you're traveling with young children. The manager would not refund the money I prepaid for our 2-Night Stay in Gainesville."

It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we might need, and the welcome touches, including a bottle of Prosecco and a selection of snacks, were especially appreciated.The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood provided a relaxing setting after a full schedule of events. The location was also very convenient to campus and surrounding areas.The owner, Coleen, was highly responsive both before and during our stay, and communication was seamless throughout. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free. Parking was never an issue, with ample street parking in addition to a garage that easily accommodated two vehicles.The property was exactly as represented—if anything, even better in person. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others seeking a polished and comfortable experience."
