Bright and airy, great kitchen, comfy beds, spotless clean, recently updated and amazing views. The location is perfect, midway between Duck and Corolla. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend this property. "

"Good Tides was a wonderful home to rent. The sheets, towels, beach equipment were so much appreciated the home and beds comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We had 11 on this trip and there was plenty of room. The location was quiet, neighbors wonderful and it was about a1/4 mile walk to the beach ( sounds long but it took like 5-10 minutes) and close to shops and restaurants. If and when we go back, Good Tides would be where we would stay."

The checking process was super simple and the condo was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen items and linens. "We have stayed in many CBTS units and many leave little to be desired but we loved this condo. This was clean, modern and i was pleasantly surprised to see a stocked spice cabinet! The bed linens from the housekeeper were soft. The kids loved the bunk beds and the very large collection of DVDs- we didn’t use Netflix all week! We had a wonderful stay. "

"Check in was easy. Actually got in early due to nice adjustment made by owner. Kitchen, family room and decks made large dinners and entertaining easy. Best part of property is the proximity to the beach! Right on it. Really enjoyed the week. "
