"Great place to stay with kids, even in peak season it wasn't over crowded, all the other guests were pleasant and respectful, the location is perfect if you have kids of varies ages as there is a lot to do for all ages. No one was ever bored. Close to shopping dinning, quick, easy walk to the beach. You can see the ocean and parts of the pool from the back balcony and the parking area and tennis courts from the 2nd balcony on the "front" of the unit. It was PERFECT for our large family with 2 separate "adult" rooms and a great double bunk room for the kids. One flight of stairs to the parking which was not bad at all. Corner unit. The AC worked excellent, the only 3 things I would change would be the railing is still having issues which is pretty serious and I am sure not exclusive to this unit- the deck spindles were only made with what looks like 3 inch trim nails so they are pulling out which is super dangerous with the deck being so high. We made sure to keep the kids away from it. Plastic chairs on the deck just need replacing and the dryer had to run twice to dry thoroughly but what an absolute blessing to have a washer and dryer on site. The master bathroom exhaust didn't work but again, the AC was so good, it didn't matter. The place was clean and tidy and there were some beach toys a chair and an umbrella to use.Overall we would definitely stay again- I dont know who is responsible for the deck repairs but every spindle needs to be screwed instead of nailed."
