Beachfront Home with Outdoor Pool and New Indoor Pool/Hot Tub/Sauna/Rec Center

10/10 Excellent

"We were very happy with the accommodations, the new and improved areas around the complex, the easy access to the beach, and the location. The only downside I could see is that the area is not handicap accessible especially with the amount of stairs without elevators. Our week was perfect weather-wise and we enjoyed our every minute of our stay!"

Oceanfront SunSational Setting2 In heart of Duck

8/10 Good

"This property is absolutely beautiful! It has an incredible view of the ocean, easy beach access, and is very close to downtown Duck and the boardwalk. It was clean, modern, and cute. Checkout and cleaning instructions were quick and easy. The only thing I had an issue with was that there were no linens or bathroom products provided besides toilet paper. I was told by the host after I booked that we were expected to bring our own king sheets, pillow cases and towels. They do provide pillows and blankets but we ended up having to buy sheets since we don't have a king bed at home. There were also no shower or beach towels, no hand towels, and no bath mats. They provided toilet paper and one packet of powder dish detergent but no hand soap. I asked the host about the hand soap but did not get a reply, so we had to buy our own once there. Over all it was a great stay but I think at this price point sheets and soap should be provided."

Ocean Pines Resort

8/10 Good

"Communication could have been smoother for an after hours arrival that was noted in the booking, but check in was super easy when we got there. Place was tidy and had everything in the description. Comfortable (firm) mattress. Parking was incredibly convenient and easy. Lost key charge is $100, which is excessive."

Duck Oceanfront, Amazing Views, Pool, Hot Tub, Pet Friendly, Resort Neighborhood

10/10 Excellent

"Our group of 5 adults and our dog enjoyed our second stay here. Lots of room for all of us and easy access to the beach. We're all amateur chefs so the well-equipped and large kitchen makes us happy."

Duck Yeah: 5 Master Suites, 415 Ft to Beach Access

10/10 Excellent

"Overall, our stay was comfortable. The house is well appointed, and perfectly situated between the ocean and the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our week.Upon check-in, a few few things were missed in the cleaning, but that did not prevent us from having an enjoyable week."

8/10 Good

"I will start by saying that with EVERY beach house there will be flaws. So I’m not going to focus on that. We had a great stay above all else. The house stayed cool to our liking unlike other beach houses we’ve rented where the HVAC unit struggled to get even below 80 in the house. The pool was amazing and stayed clean. Same with the hot tub. The bikes were great for the kids and adults alike! The neighborhood is quiet and exactly what we needed. Cops had to go to a house below us for an altercation- but that’s beach life. There was a dog next door that barked some- however wasn’t disturbing to our peace and quiet. (And that house may have been a rental also). The go carts were an awesome bonus! We enjoyed those and touring the beautiful little town of Duck. I saw some reviews about the televisions not working- I think that’s an internet issue- however we didn’t address it because we didn’t go to watch tv. There was a PLENTY of room for our party of 10. Plenty. We all had the space to find our own peace and quiet when we needed the time to just chill. Kitchen was very nicely stocked. We did not use the coffee pots and bought one instead as the pots there were kind of dirty. Again- not a deal breaker at all. Host seems to be nice people- and were made aware of some issues- again not deal breakers for us. All in all- a great stay."
