We just added a FIRE PIT! You can enjoy roasting hotdogs, marshmallows or the kids new favorite (STARBURST CANDY)!!! The roasted marshmallows make the BEST roasted dessert, S'Mores!!!! (graham cracker, chocolate, roasted marshmallows). Just put the chocolate and roasted marshmallow between the graham cracker and it makes a great sandwich dessert. MM.. Goooood! You'll never forget it!

In the middle of everything has some hills for tubing in the snow, walking distance to the town. Lake nearby the forest in walking distance. Host is very attentive and replies fast.
Very clean with comfortable bed(s). Great location for going to Zion and Bryce Canyon NPs

What a great deal for what you get. It is clean and well maintained. It is close to the village where you can get things you need and has different restaurants. There are so many adventuring things to do nearby.
Cozy 3 bedroom condo in Duck Creek Village. Surprised by the elevation change and the ride to the nearest city, Cedar Break, for groceries was quite a steep decent and climb back up! Duck Creek is a small village located in a wonderful pine forest. We only stayed a couple of nights but enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has all you need to cook a nice meal. Big comfortable couch for watching a movie and relaxing.
Stayed here while visiting national parks. Close to Zion and Bryce Canyon , as well as Cedar Breaks and The North Rim. The unit was clean and plenty of room. Could use some dressers on the bedroom for clothes storage. Nice views from two of the bedrooms across the valley. Watch out for the mule deer along the highway. We came in from the South, and stopped at Walmart in Page for supplies. Duck Village is convenient and Hot Mama’s pizza is pretty good, but a little pricey. would definitely stay again.
We chose this place as it was close to Bryce Canyon. It was a nice property and as advertised. We did have a problem with the bathroom sink but the owner was quick to come over and fix it. My only complaint would be the internet connection is very slow. We like to bring our own Roku and there were times it would not connect. I am not sure if all of the condo's are attached to the same internet but based on slowness, I would think they are. Otherwise, the condo was clean and well stocked and I would stay here again.
Our stay was comfortable and met our needs and we were grateful for modern conveniences as the rest of the family was camping. However the place is outdated if that matters to you. Here are a few things that need repaired: Broiler not working in oven. Oven was filthy. Light bulbs burned out in queen bedroom. Exhaust fan broken in bathroom. No Aircondiioning. No wire whip to mix things with. Decorative pillows/cases not cleaned between guests.
This place SHOULD HAVE BEEN a nice place for our stay; but we encountered several problems that truly affected the stay in bad/adverse ways. On the plus side, the place is quiet and in a safe area. The layout is good and the place is spacious. Problem #1–MAJOR—The door does not lock or unlock easily or reliably. It took us nearly 20 minutes to get the door opened when we first arrived. Worse still, on two occasions during our stay, we were completely unable to lock the door when we left for the day. Guests should not have to remove all of their belongings every time they go out just to make sure that they aren’t stolen. Problem #2–MINOR—The light in the master bedroom flickers and gives off an annoying strobing effect. Problem #3–MEDIUM—The television only works sometimes. Every time we turned it on, it came up with a signal/connection error message that took roughly 10 minutes to self-resolve. Problem #4–MEDIUM—There is no street sign indicating the road name. Additionally, there is no obvious address number on the building. This made it difficult to know that we had found the right place. Problem #5–MINOR—This place is located in the middle of nowhere, with no restaurants or stores nearby. Duck Creek Village is nearby but most of the businesses are open only a few days a week. Moreover, the road into town is unpaved & our car nearly got stuck in the mud trying to go there. Very inconvenient!
It was a nice condo but it looked like no one had stayed in it for a couple of months and as such it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. We were planning on being in the snow most of the time but the weather changed and it rained so most of the snow was gone. We changed our plans to indoor activities but the wifi was down. The property owner called and was on it. It came on but was so slow we couldn't watch a low res movie if another room was home. They said they are getting better internet but a speed test showed it at 0.08MB/sec to 10. We had fun. The place was nice. The host was as helpful as he could be.
Property was nice and convenient location for what we had planned for the weekend. However middle bedroom door would not secure. Door frame is warped. Also the tv screen had lines running through it.
