Welcome to Duck Creek Village at 8500 ft! In winter, our cabins offer a serene escape, but preparation is key for a safe journey. Here`s what you need to know: Before you set off: 1. Get real-time road conditions and weather updates with Utah`s UDot app and Wunderground`s website (zip code 84762). 2. Plan your travel wisely and avoid winter storms. Once snow arrives: • Highway 14 may have snow, and our gravel roads will be snowy. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required, with chains recommended. • Snow removal is prioritized, but please keep in mind that we contract with snowplow companies who only plow after 6” or more of snow for driveways, and they will prioritize guests who check in or check out first, followed by groups who are mid stay. • Power outages are rare, but if they occur, contact management and we will provide an update on the situation promptly. Keep in mind: • Nighttime arrivals may find limited services, so plan accordingly. • While we`re a small village, we`re here to ensure your winter adventure is memorable and safe. For a stress-free getaway, call us ahead to tailor your trip to perfection! Your Host, Duck Creek Management

This house was more than we were expecting. It was perfect for my family. The home was very cozy and had everything we needed. It was spacious and had a fire pit that was perfect for hanging out with our boys and dogs. We can’t wait to return to the cozy bear cabin.
Loved the place and we had a lot of fun. The pups were in heaven. The only issue was the wifi and Direct TV. But we wanted to be of the grid so no worrries.
The cabin was perfect. Amazingly well stocked. We almost did not have to bring the food we brought!
The enclosed wrap around deck was perfect for keeping our pig and labsky at bay. They loved being outside watching the squirrels and deer wander by. Plenty of sleeping space and joce appliances.
This was a comfortable cabin which had a great amount of kitchen accessories. A new big deck for sitting out and enjoying the beautiful scenery. I loved how close it was to everything but out of the crazy part of duck creek. They were quick to respond to questions and mailed my glasses that I forgot. I will be back again.
The only negative is the WiFi was slow. It was fine for me but if I needed to do work it would have been very difficult.
We wanted cozy and got cozy at the Cozy Bear cabin! We enjoyed the area and the village. It met every expectation. The cabin is located perfectly among all of the riding, mountain bike trails, hiking and lake activities. We hated to leave, but will come back!
Dear Cozy Bear Cabin, I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to share some feedback about our recent stay over Memorial Day weekend.First, I want to mention that the location of the cabin is absolutely beautiful and has so much potential for a truly relaxing getaway. We also appreciated your team’s responsiveness when we reached out with concerns. That said, we were disappointed by several aspects of the cabin’s condition that affected our overall experience. The couch was in such poor condition that we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. The rug and stair carpeting are heavily worn and need replacement, and there were noticeable markings all over the stairwell wall that added to the overall lack of cleanliness and comfort of the space.Additionally, the Jacuzzi was green upon our arrival and unusable for the first two days, which was a major letdown considering how much we were looking forward to that amenity and the cost of the rental.Overall, the stay left us feeling more tense than relaxed, as we were constantly wary of the general cleanliness and upkeep. Given the high price point for the holiday weekend, we expected a more comfortable and well-maintained environment. We hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration, as the property has a lot of potential with some needed attention to cleanliness and upkeep.Best regards
