Welcome! Whether you are coming for business or pleasure, we will make sure your accommodations feel like home away from home. You will be amazed to find such luxurious, upscale accommodations in a our quaint, rural town. Your cozy suite has premium bedding and a choice of pillows for the best possible rest and relaxation. We are a pet and smoke free, family friendly venue.

We are located 1 hour East of Heber City, UT. Duchesne is home to nationally known mountain bike trails, the Uintah Mountains, renowned petroglyphs, world class fishing, and more. Our suites are 1 block North of the Duchesne County Centennial Event Center & Riding Arena.

Have a large group needing accommodations? No problem! We have 12 townhomes!

Extended Stay Guests Welcome! We have been hosting outdoor enthusiasts, work crews, business travelers, families and friend groups since 2010!
Each townhome features 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The sitting area, fully furnished kitchen and laundry area will ensure you have a comfortable stay.

A great stay in Duchesne, UT
The Duchesne townhouse was the perfect place to stay with my mom and two sisters! We were in the area for my mother's 65th high school reunion, and spent our time going to events and seeing relatives. We really appreciated coming back each evening to the clean, comfortable townhouse with three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom!) that gave us plenty of space, and with a kitchen and living area where we could cook dinner and relax. Check-in was simple, the townhouse was super clean and very well-kept, and the beds were comfortable. Sherie was also very helpful and quick to respond when I had a couple of questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay in the town of Duchesne! Convenient location, only 10 minutes from your front door to Starvation reservoir! Our family enjoyed having 3 separate bedrooms with our own bathrooms. It was nice place to come back to after a long day at the lake!

Boating getaway
We took our first family boat trip to Duchesne and Starvation Res. It was beautiful. This place was just minutes away and we were able to get two units so everyone had plenty of space and privacy. Comfy beds and full kitchens. We will definitely be back.

This property was a pleasant surprise! We were very comfortable. I am hard to please, but was satisfied with how clean it was. I did find it a little odd that there were no bulbs in the lamps and a few were missing from the vanities so we had to use the overhead lights. But aside from that, a great property. Will definitely stay again.
