The house had charm, it was decorated nicely, it was clean, comfortable and pretty. The bathroom is a good size and there were plenty of towels.The kitchen had everything we needed and is a decent size. It was nice to have the screened room to sit in while relaxing. Outside had a nice patio area to sit and enjoy the weather and beautiful trees.The location was great, and made it very easy to get to various places. The neighborhood was very pretty and seemed safe. The owners were nice and very helpful when we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

What a great VRBO! Perfect location, easy to find. Beds were so comfy and decor was super welcoming. It was exactly what we needed for our toddlers! The rooms were big enough that we could set up our travel crib. Jennifer was a wonderful host and we will be back when we visit family again!

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay. Everything needed was provided and the host was very responsive The house was clean, warm and well stocked. Safe area with lot of people walking throughout the day. Very near to major attractions. Natural grocers has everything else required. Black out curtains to the rooms would be a great addition to light sleepers.

Perfectly CUTE and homey

We were in Dubuque for a college graduation. This home was darn cute and comfortable… we were able to have our family visit for a few hours — even got to play bocce ball in the large back yard!Anyhow, I highly recommend the home, the host (always quick with a response to my questions)… the whole ‘package’.

Graduation weekend

Home is lovely and has a lot of natural light. In a very nice residential neighborhood near the Dubuque CC and only a minute or two to get into ‘downtown Dubuque or anywhere around town for that matter. Close to the University of Dubuque campus so was perfect location for our niece’s graduation weekend from UD. Hosts are very accommodating and responsive.

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable

This was our second stay at this house, and once again, it proved to be the perfect base for exploring the area on our motorcycle. We absolutely LOVE this house! It is so sweet and charming! They set it up with everything you’ll need! Everything is super clean and comfortable! I could literally stay here all summer- always feels like home! I feel like the pictures don’t do it justice. We’re a family of 3 and was the perfect size for us but could definitely fit more if need be. It’s also located on my very favorite street. If you’re a walker or runner, this is your place! There are 4 parks less than a mile away that we went to. There’s also a cute bistro and coffee shop walking distance away. We chatted with the owner, Jenni, and she was extremely helpful and responsive! We can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed here four nights while exploring the Driftless Area on our motorcycle. The location was ideal for our daily adventures. The house was spotless and so welcoming! The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We enjoyed our coffee each morning on the patio. Dubuque Dream Home.

What a great place to stay for an extended weekend. The home was perfect for our small group of 3. The location is on a quiet blvd just off US 20, with US 61 close as well. The home was cozy and gave off a friendly vibe, with everything needed for a nice long weekend. The beds were comfy, the bathroom nicely done, and the dining/living areas open and well lit. There's a large open porch and patio in the back, with a grill, complete with chairs and tables. The owners were quick to answer questions and communication was easy. We'll stay here again on our trip down this way...

Charming Home in Great Neighborhood

The house is very nicely appointed with very comfortable furniture and beds. Jenni's choice of area rugs and general decorating really make the home feel special. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything that I needed. Jenni is a kind and great host. I had a couple of questions during my stay and she responded to my inquiries in a very timely manner. 5 star accommodation with personal charm

Very caring owner, they were very considerate, prompt and respectful. The property was expertly cleaned, the decor was beautiful, guest bed is on the softer side and the master bed is perfectly in between. I slept in both, they were both very comfortable to me! Sheets and comforter are of high quality, even the spare bedding for the provided air mattress was nice. We stayed during Christmas, she put a cute little tree up for us, it was quite the extra thoughtful touch! The kitchen and bath room were stocked with everything you would need to host a family, plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, paper plates, silverware, serving utensils, Keurig, toaster, pots, pans,....etc. The neighborhood was cute, people walking dogs, people taking walks, quiet, safe and friendly! The property around the home is beautiful, I sat in the enclosed patio and imagined how much more amazing it would look during one of the other 3 seasons and it made me want to return for another visit. Thanks for listing your home, we thoroughly enjoyed it!
