We were attending a two day conference and appreciated having the kitchen for cooking meals and the comfortable living room for relaxing. The two foot thick walls ensured complete quiet. The beds were comfortable. We were pleased with the right by the door off street parking. If we have another conference in Dubuque, we will be back.

Good location and responsive host

The location is great and the apartment itself is nicely decorated and homey but we noticed a few minor things that were not cleaned the best. A few hairs in bedsheets, rock in bedsheets, crumbs by kitchen trash can. It was an overall pleasant stay. We only stayed one night as we were passing ththrough.

Our trip was long but it sure was nice to have a nice place to stay. I would only say that I had reserved what looked to me to be a different until then what was the unit we were put in. The unit in the online ad had a room with 2 twin beds which this one had not. I think they need to define Overall lived the stay
