It was good, except front desk person told me only 3rd floor available for some reason (didn't ask for a specific floor) and then 1 min later I heard her say to next person that they could choose between all 3 floors. What was that about? Came off as rude to me for no reason.

The property is located right off the freeway exit, so it was convenient for a one night stay, and right back onto the freeway the next morning for continuing on to our next destination.

Very clean and comfortable hotel room, when we checked in we were treated very rudely, but other than that this is a great hotel option in the Dubuque area! It has a convenient connnected walkway to the nearby Casino. Located downtown near lots of Dubuque attractions.

The parking is horrible, you have to park so far away, the lady who check us in was rude and prefered to be on her phone. Tge room was nice but you were able to hear everything and everyone the whole night. Not able to turn on the fan on for background sound.

The stay was nice and it was great that we didn't have to go outside to get to the casino. The only didn't like was the parking. We were told to go back around the back for parking.

Noticed cleanliness has declined. Been coming here for years. Bathroom in suite requires updating. Visible "trouble spots" in shower and bathroom fan was pretty dirty. Bathroom sink very slow to drain and windows in suite were dirty as well. Tracy at Front Desk is fantastic! Restaurant staff is so accommodating! 5 star service from these folks!

Quick overnight stay
Last minute quick overnight booking. The hotel was very clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The hotel was very convenient to get on Highway 151 and close to the Mississippi River. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay! The only negative was at check-in, as the woman just seemed irritated to help us. Otherwise the room was great, love the new remodel since our last visit. The room smelled clean upon entering, which is huge for us.
