We really enjoyed our stay. The house was really squared away and spotless. Ken was so easy to work with and quickly replied to all my messages. Nice kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom shower was great! We would stay there again and definitely recommend it.

Great stay
This was our first time at this property of Ken’s who is our go to choice for stays in Dubuque. The house fit our needs perfectly. Everything was clean and neat and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were super comfortable.

Slightly difficult to find (parking in the back, difficult to find house number,etc). Ken was easy to reach, however, when we had questions. Door lock was extremely touchy/tricky.

Has issues with lock on arrival, quickly remedied. Host was rude and quite abrupt in telling us we should not be wearing shoes in the house when we had just arrived after he unlocked it for us. Was not instructed in communication prior to stay. Also, had received no communication that we had to use back door or check out protocol. Next morning toilet plugged, speedy repair. House clean and appears newly remodeled. Beds and couches comfortable and supplied with all necessities. Lawn looked ragged and poorly mowed. Walk on side of house full of weeds and front porch needed cleaned up.
