Very nice property

We stayed in Dubuque for a weekend away. The property is in a great location, the house is well maintained, and the neighborhood was safe. I would stay here again and suggest it to anyone looking to be in the Dubuque downtown.

Nice place for a weekend getaway. Property manager/owner was responsive and easy to deal with. This place is a great location if you want to be in walking distance for the south end of Main Street in downtown Dubuque!

The townhouse was conveniently located in the part of Dubuque that we wanted to visit. It was a short walk to restaurants, the Mississippi River Museum and other venues in that area. The patio was a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning.

Perfect stay in downtown Dubuque

This property if perfectly situated in Dubuque. The home was clean, well decorated, and had everything we could need. Instructions to access the home and to park were simple and the house was exactly as described. Walkable to local restaurants, breweries, and shops, or for an evening stroll. It was very quiet as well. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely stay again.

Weekend visiting family in the area

Motels all booked so I checked VRBO and this townhome was available. Quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and modern. Beautiful kitchen. Liked the layout. Bedrooms comfortable and clean. The manager always responded to my questions that I texted. When back in town at another family gathering I will check first if townhome is available. Check in and check out went smoothly

We spent time here to visit our college student. Beautiful kitchen with ample prep space for meals. Comfy den with plenty of seating. Cozy beds and linens. This fine old townhouse has been well updated. It is spacious and very conveniently located. Modern and comfortable enough to feel like home, old townhouse enough to feel like you are really experiencing Dubuque - this is a great place from which to explore the city.
