We recently stayed at Villa Rosa. The location was great. Close to everything we needed and the staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival.
However, we felt the villa itself lacked some of the personal touches we’ve experienced elsewhere. There were very limited amenities provided. No tea, coffee, milk or basic toiletries such as shower gel or shampoo. Small additions like these can make a big difference to how guests feel when they first arrive.
The villa could also benefit from a few improvements to make it feel more homely. For example, tidying up visible cables from the wall-mounted TV and refreshing some of the décor.
This isn’t intended as criticism, more as constructive feedback. With a few simple enhancements, Villa Rosa could offer a much warmer and more welcoming experience for guests.
