It features four accommodation units and all of them will provide you with everything you may need for perfect, relaxing stay. All guests have access to common swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, furnished terrace,BBQ facilities and spa which they can use. Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure. Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed. Below facility is on request available:- "Jacuzzi is available at an additional cost of  €10 per hour per person / per hour". This lovely two bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four persons. It features air conditioning, Wi-Fi and flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with combined living room and dining area. Private bathroom includes shower and hair dryer. Apartments Villa Roza are located in Rožat, only 4 km away from the Old City of Dubrovnik. Restaurant, caffe bar, supermarket, ATM, bank and post office are a 4 minutes ride away. Nearest bus stop is 150 meters from the property. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands are 20 minutes ride away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 28 km away.
