The part of the town, where the Villa is located, is very popular because everything you may need is near the accommodation and guests can reach Old Town in less then 3 minutes walk. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 260 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATMs. Nearest beach is 5 minutes walk from the Villa.

    Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 9 minutes ride from the Villa, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19 km away.

Ubicación ideal - muy cerca de la Ciudad amurallada - hay que caminata con más maletas pero no es demasiado. El cuarto amplio y con una linda vista - aire acondicionado perfecto. Sencillo pero muy bien, cerca hay muchos restaurantes. Los anfitriones muy amables

Lovely room with an en suite and conveniences at an easy walking distance to Old Town. It was our first visit to Dubrovnik so we weren't aware of the traffic restriction in the area around Dubrovnik so we ended up stopping in an expensive parking garage as close to the apartment as possible to get the suitcase in and then driving about 20 minutes away to park for free in the residential area near the stadium for our trip. To check out we were luckily able to find a free spot near the restriction zone but it was hardworking getting the suitcase back up all the hills! This is the same for all apartments in this area though and was absolutely worth it to be able to walk (stumble) back after a night out! Martina was an excellent host and gave us lots of helpful info when we arrived. Only downside about the stay was it was sometime loud in the house when other residents came and went in the night as the floors are hard and the walls are thin. Woken up at 4:30am one night by a reveller returning and singing in the shower 😅
