I stayed for 3 days and had smooth communication with the homeowner via WhatsApp. The location was great, right in the Old Town, making it very easy to get around. The terrace was fantastic, and the place was well-equipped, which made my stay very comfortable.

Dubrovnik was fantastic. The apartment needs a bit of tlc. Looks worn and should be refurbished. Also needs a microwave. The cleaning needs to be better, especially in the bathroom. With that said it's got a nice layout, great terrace and the location is really good. 1 min. from Pile gate. All in all a nice stay 👍

Great location but needs updating.

Perfect location in the old town with a quiet secluded terrace. Unfortunately the noise from the restaurant below was heard until they closed and again early morning when setting up and emptying bins. The spiral staircase was not very friendly and the fridge, water to kitchen sink and boiler had all been turned off and we were unable to figure out the tv. A little more guidance, soundproofing, modernisation and maintenance to electrical sockets wouldn’t go amiss.

Great stay.

The apartment is clean, spacious, and in a great location. Definitely recommend staying here. Small correction on the page, the checkout time is at 10:00 AM for this property, not 11:00 AM.

Nice place. Terrace was very big. Only negative was the bed. It made a lot of noice, and if one of us turned around both would wake. It was just the worst bed i have ever slept in.

Arrived to find apartment not yet cleaned, had to wait a hour. Spoke to agent who said she would get back to me about compensation and never did. The air conditioner on bedroom level blew air that smelt like oil/gasoline. Head aches all around. Terrible place to stay, albeit super conscientious location.

The location was great but unfortunately, there were bed bugs. I’m completely covered in bites. I woke up at 1am freaking out and sure enough, multiple of them scurried away. Luckily there was another bed there (covered in plastic) but I didn’t get any sleep without a pillow or blanket. Also the drain in the shower will have you wading in a pool of your own filth. They can fix these things obviously but I wouldn’t stay there again. (April ‘24)

The apartment looks ok until we realize that the bedroom and bathroom are on a second floor! The BIG problem was the scale! Very narrow and round. What they show there is NOT scale. We where three old ladys and one felt going down the stair!! I don’t understand why they don’t mention it as part of the apartment! Also, we had a big problem the day we arrived, they can tell you! I will never recommended to anybody!

We arrived after 9:00pm, so we had to self check-in. When we arrived the apartment was very hot. There are three air conditioners, but we could not get them to work. The only reply I got from the owner was that there is a remote controller for the AC. We found several remotes and got the AC unit in the hallway to turn on after changing batteries. I notified the owner and got no reply. The next day I notified owner that one of the burners on the stove did not work, that the toaster did not work and that the bed is very loud making it difficult for 2 people to sleep if the other makes any movement. Again no reply. Other issues we had was the only working AC unit would sometimes turn off on own, kitchen faucet was very loose rocking back and forth when trying to use, excessive mold in bathroom and that the place has an outdoor movie theater very close that is extremely loud when they play movies at night. There is also a constant drip noise outside the bedroom that can keep you awake if you are even able to get comfortable in the terrible bed. I do not recommend this place as the moment you notify owner of any issue they will ghost you and never respond.

Leiligheten har en fin beliggenhet midt i gamlebyen, bortsett fra noe frityrlukt fra restauranten under. Uteplassen ser ikke helt ut som på bilde, og er noe overgrodd. Det var heller inne noe renhold på uteplassen. Det var heller ikke lys ute på kvelden. Renhold inne var helt ok, men kunne vert bedre spesielt på topper av skap og inder møbler.

Très bien mais chambre bruyante à cause du restaur

Le séjour s’est bien passé techniquement pour l’arrivée et le départ. L‘appartement était bien équipé. Cependant, la pièce donnait sur un restaurant au Rez-de-chaussée. Inévitablement ce fut assez bruyant des le matin et jusqu’à assez tard le soir.

The property itself was very nice. Sadly, the management company Irundo is sort of a disaster. Their instructions were poor or non-existent. They apparently have no actual physical representatives in Dubrovnik, since they could not resolve any issues we had with the apartment. We ended up having to beg paper napkins from a local bar to use as toilet paper. Unfortunate, since the location is lovely.
