Unique newly renovated apartments in historical stone house fantastically located in the Old town with just one step from the Stradun main street!

Both apartments are renovated in July 2020 with new triple glazed windows installed so there is no noise from the outside. Welcome and enjoy your stay at our place!

Apartments Old town top spot are located in the heart of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. There are two apartments that have inside connecting door in case of larger group booking both. Each apartment is suitable for max. 4 people. These unique apartment have the best advantage that some apartment in Dubrovnik Old town can have - not a lot of stairs! Situated on the first floor, each one is spreading on around 41 m2. First floor means one floor above ground floor where is main entrance to building. Apartments consist of living room area, bedroom equipped with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) as well as with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Elegant furniture and modern design make this apartment a pleasant and charming stay. Every apartment offers free WiFi, two air conditions, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, two flat screen TVs, microwave. The apartments are not adapted for wheelchair users, as there are stairs to the first floor (16 steps total) with no elevator.

Perfectly located, Apartments Old town top spot are situated just a few steps away from Stradun, the main street in Dubrovnik Old town, numerous restaurants, beaches, galleries and all the historical monuments and museums. The House is easily accessible from all the entrances to the Old Town – less then 5 minutes by foot. Unfortunately, house is not accessible by car, as the cars are not allowed to enter the historic center of Dubrovnik.

Location, location, location. This apartment was perfectly positioned just off Stradun. Comfortable and well equipped. The instructions for directions and access were first class and included a video of directions from Pile Gate without steps.A detailed information booklet was available.

Great spot in Old Town

It’s hard to say which one we loved more about this property - the property itself or the host! So close to everything in Old Town and easy to get to. Only one step to get to main door. Two short flights of stairs once inside main door. Apartment was clean, fresh, and spacious. A/C worked perfectly during the hot period we were there. Our host was proactive in guiding us to and through the self check-in process and was prompt and generous with responses to our ad hoc queries.No mistakes if you choose to stay here. It will be all you hope for and more. Enjoy!

Great location in Old Town, accurate description

The area is perfect. The pictures and listing on VRBO was accurate and fairly represented the apartment. Short walk from Pile gate. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I recommend this apartment and host to anyone looking to stay in Old Town.
