- The luxuriously and superbly decorated Villa Hedona is situated in the residential part of Dubrovnik, only 3.5 km from the old city center, and is only a few meters away from the sea where you can make choice between several beaches in the immediate vicinity. Perfectly renovated luxury villa Hedona presents exceptional comfort with a total of five fully climate controlled rooms located over three levels. In the spacious, traditional garden you will find the main feature of the villa, a swimming pool with sundeck and lounge chairs, gazebo with outdoor furniture and dining area. The villa is surrounded by old, stone walls which give the perfect opportunity for privacy and relaxation.
The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, living room, fully equipped kitchen dining area and laundry. Inside the residence of luxury Villa Hedona there is a beautifully decorated dining room and living room with flat screen tv, fireplace, and carefully chosen furniture. Spacious and modern fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to prepare traditional Dalmatian delicacies to enjoy with company of your family or friends. The first floor is connected by the stoned beautiful staircase with a ground floor. On the first floor, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with balconies and en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV, air condition, designer armchairs and furniture traditional for this area. The master room has a king-size bed, and another bedroom has a double bed. Both of rooms have a balcony with coffee table, chairs where you can enjoy overlooking the garden and beautiful sunsets while drinking your first-morning coffee. On the second floor, you will find another three rooms, one with king-size bed, the second one with double bed, and the smaller one with a single bed.

Superb villa, top-of-the-range services
At the airport, we were picked up by a private driver and transported to the villa and so began our vacation.
The villa is perfect and offers great opportunities for relaxation. It looks better than the website. It is fully equipped and adapted to enjoyment. Very peaceful surroundings and having a beach just a few steps away was really amazing.
Dubrovnik's old town looks like a place from fairy tales. We had a guided tour with a knowledgable and friendly guide Mrs. Lada who shared with us lots of interesting facts about Dubrovnik.

Private villa with a private pool and almost private beach!
We have been coming to Dubrovnik for years and this was the first time we stayed in a private villa. We felt like we had a hotel for ourselves! Our host was really friendly and always available. Smiljana from the concierge arranged for ous private boat tour to Bowa bar which was an amazing experience. All the staff we were in communication was friendly and professional. What I appreciate the most is the almost instant answers to any of our questions.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay. The villa is perfect. We were a family of 5 plus in laws and grandparents. Everyone had a nice spacious room. The facilities were great, a smaller kitchen for everyday cooking and a much bigger outside attached kitchen for bigger dinners. The furniture was elegant, and the whole villa was well-appointed. There was a washing room, two of the rooms had en-suite bathrooms. There were outside tables and starting areas everywhere, ensuring that you had comfortable seating in whatever part of the grounds had shade during the day. The pool was clean, the villa was serviced frequently by friendly staff. There was loads of crockery and cutlery. The air-conditioning was good and worked.The beach was literally a stone's throw, though get down there before 09.30 to reserve a place on the beach!

Spectacular place!
Great place - will be an amazing stay for you without a doubt. Bathrooms were pristine and very nice and the pool is great to have as well. We spent a lot of time under the veranda just having drinks and food in the evenings. Probably a place better for relaxing and hanging out at a lot rather than using as a means for exploring Dubrovnik. Truly spectacular place though. If money is no object, without question book it.

You wont be dissapointed
This apartment is amazing, clean and has a fantastic view overlooking the old city with a welcoming pool to relax in and cool down after a walk around the city walls and meandering streets.... You will not be disappointed, the hosts are so helpful and are happy to arrange anything from airport transfers to activities to suit your needs.

Look not further
If you are looking for an experience of a lifetime in Dubrovnik then look no further. A beautiful home that has been built with great taste. An excellent host, communicating in advance and being there to walk us through all the facilities on offer. The pictures don't do justice to what you see with your eyes.

Perfection
The one word that comes to mind is perfection. We just spent a week at the Villa and everything was absolute perfection. The host was always quick to respond to all questions, was proactive about reaching out several times before and during our stay just to make sure everything was going well.

The house is better than is shown in the photos. The communication with the host was excellent and since our arrival, we felt at home. The location is very good, close to the old city. The house has everything that we could need; it is perfect for a group of 8 as my family. We definitively will return to the villa.

Simply Perfect!
No better place to stay then here! Amazing hosts. They made you feel like family. They were extremely helpful whenever we reached out. Their home is spotless and beyond beautiful. The location is perfect with beautiful views. Best space for you if you are looking for a place in Dubrovnik where you can comfortably relax and it's only steps away from the center of Old Town.

Perfect location
If you’re planning a trip to Dubrovnik this is the place to be. The Villa is absolutely amazing, it has everything that you need, you can see over the old town, take a swim in the pool and just a short walk and you’re in the old town with a lot of good restaurants and nightclubs!

Stedet er helt fantastisk, både beliggenhet og utsikt! Basseng og fine rom med egne bad! Kan trygt anbefales! Obs. mange trapper, men fin trim opp og ned til gamlebyen.
