Top Dubrovnik Hotel Reviews

Valamar Tirena Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Comfortable and accommodating. Easy check in process, wonderful staff, and great amenities, especially for families with kids 5-15."

Valamar Lacroma Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Loved the resort and beaches. Wished I knew about the little market between hotel and beach."

Dubrovnik Palace
10/10 Excellent
"Great views and pool and sunbathing area. Clean safe and great location."

Valamar Argosy Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great position with easy access via a local bus into town. Not recommended if you do not like steps to restaurants/beach. Cleaning staff were not great in the rooms and we had to ask reception a few times for provisions to be restocked."

Hotel Lero
8/10 Good
"Large hotel with many rooms and guests. Hotel chain feel, definitely not a quantity boutique feel. On the upside, clean spacious room, nice gym and pool, free outside parking for the car, and a bib gourmand Michelin restaurant on site (Taj Mahal) we enjoyed. On the downside breakfast was so so, and the walk from the old walled town to the hotel is a good 40 minutes all uphill...if your a bit older or with kids can be a challenge."

Berkeley Hotel
8/10 Good
"The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood close to the port, small stores, and restaurants. It only takes 35 minutes to walk to the Old Town, which is a pleasant stroll. Spacious room with good amenities and a balcony for stunning sunset viewing. A very generous buffet breakfast. Kind and helpful staff."

Hotel Lapad
8/10 Good
"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly especially the housekeeping woman. It’s in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets."

Rixos Premium Dubrovnik
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely location and hotel, with very helpful staff. Room view was fantastic."

Hotel Royal Neptun
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel, really friendly staff. We very kindly received a complimentary upgrade to the royal blue part of the hotel which was fantastic. The rooftop pool and lounge was lovely with fantastic views. Drink prices were average, food prices were quite expensive for what it was although the food was really nice. Best lasagne we’ve ever had in the pizza restaurant. Breakfast was really good in the royal blue part, small buffet selection as well as a menu with freshly cooked egg dishes. Staff always really helpful and polite. The grounds are lovely to walk around, and lapad and the promenade are gorgeous. Definitely the best area to stay in! So many little swim spots in the sea both at the hotel and further down the promenade. Overall cannot fault the hotel, the only suggestion would be to have a little supermarket within the hotel grounds - it’s a fairly big resort consisting of multiple restaurants, bars and hotels so I don’t see why it wouldn’t have a small shop. Nearest supermarket is a 15-20 min walk which can be inconvenient when it’s hot and you just want a few extra bits!"
