Bring your own bath soap

Great apartment in a good location. Two weird things about our stay - communication was really tough. We went 1.5 days without a baby crib in the room (half our stay) even though I asked for it several times and weeks in advance. The apartment has a lot of helpful ammenities, but didn't include any shower amenities (like bath soap or shampoo). We arrived on a Sunday so all grocery stores were closed and we were unable to shower properly after 24+ hours of travel. I understand that this is more apartment living, but it felt incredibly odd to not have even soap for the shower. When I asked about it no one ever replied.

The procedure for reserving was overkill. Online reservation wanted passport numbers of all guests saying croatian law but have not had this anywhere else. Then again not able to continue till you add 150 for damage deposit. Not give you door code till exactly 300. At 3:01 access was now available and was not given all codes, only to main door, not apt door. Called their number for help but nobody answered.If you cant check in till 3 you would think people would still be working to assist possible issues. Since we were making noise trying guess next door code the neighbor heard us and told us his code. Based on this we then guessed our door code. After 10 more minutes we GUESSED right. Very frustrating. Lots of rules once you get in to apt. You will be charged for towels if you get them dirty. Don't leave any garbage either. Parking was 33 for day and walked about 15 minutes to apt. Nice location for apt. Would not really recommend this rental agency tho.
