Apartment Ikana - Duplex Two Bedroom Apartment

Apartment Ikana offers self- catering accommodation situated in the heart of The Old Town, surrounded by City Walls, cobblestone streets and the Stradun promenade making it an ideal place for discovering Dubrovnik. This two bedroom apartment will provide to you everything you may need during your vacation. No smoking in apartment !!! This duplex two-bedroom apartment features free WiFi, air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The living room includes a sofa, sitting area, kitchenette and dining table situated on the second floor. Kitchenette is fitted with refrigerator, oven, stove top, toaster and water kettle. The apartment has a private bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. Ironing facilities and baby cot are at guests' disposal. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 persons. The Old Town’s central street Stradun is just a minute walk away. The apartment is located just 750 meters from the nearest beach Banje, with many more of them in surrounding area and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minutes boat ride away. There is an open-air green market and other shops within walking distance, as well as a bakery, banks and ATM's, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 300 meters away. There is no need for public transit while you're staying here, but if you want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, You can be there in a 10 minute drive. Taxi and bus station are 4 minute walk from the property. Dubrovnik's Main Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 3.6 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Great location right in center of old town just of the main street, Quaint, comfortable and functional apartment, Very clean and nicely furnished, Staff was very helpful and friendly, Dubrovnik does not allow apartments to display their name, so although we found the address OK we were not sure we had the right place until the staff came out to meet us, We enjoyed the experience of staying in the old town and the comfort of an apartment,

Had a lovely one night stay at Ikana, We don't usually choose to stay within the old town's when traveling however we were only in Dubrovnik for one night so thought staying close by would be appropriate, It was close to everything we wanted to see and do (maximum a 10min walk from something,), checking in was effortless and staff were really helpful and everything was very clean, Would definitely stay there again,

I booked my apartment for the first time in Croatia, When we visited the old town of Dubrovnik, I was worried whether I could meet with the owner smoothly, But the owner was waiting at an easy place in the old town, After receiving explanation, I received the key and I was able to spend freely in the apartment, There was dishes and cups in the room without inconvenience, We celebrated New Year's pleasure with wine poured into cups of the room, Check-out is simple by just placing a key in the post, More than anything, the owner's smile was nice!!

I rented Ikana's apartment for three nights during the off season, The location is in the Old City and just a few feet from the main street, The apartment is very convenient and comfortable, Ikana herself met me at the gate, walked me in, and explained everything I need to know, She also left fresh fruit and beverages, I strongly recommend it but would like to note that the living area with kitchen, bathroom, and small bedroom are on the top floor, while the main bedroom with full-sized bed is on the middle level, which doesn't have a bathroom, Entrance is on ground level, which itself is a level above the street, I share this because the stairs and bathroom may be a consideration for some older travelers,,,but, again, I loved my stay and would be delighted to return in the future,

I rented Ikana's apartment for three nights during the off season, The location is in the Old City and just a few feet from the main street, The apartment is very convenient and comfortable, Ikana herself met me at the gate, walked me in, and explained everything I need to know, She also left fresh fruit and beverages, I strongly recommend it but would like to note that the living area with kitchen, bathroom, and small bedroom are on the top floor, while the main bedroom with full-sized bed is on the middle level, which doesn't have a bathroom, Entrance is on ground level, which itself is a level above the street, I share this because the stairs and bathroom may be a consideration for some older travelers,,,but, again, I loved my stay and would be delighted to return in the future,

Absolutely exceptional value for money, The apartment was in an unbeatable locat ...

Absolutely exceptional value for money, The apartment was in an unbeatable location, in the centre of the old town, close to everything but not too noisy (just a pleasant restaurant background noise until 10pm), The air conditioning was SUPERB, I can't sleep in a warm room, so the air con saved my holiday, It was quiet, extremely effective and you could set the exact temperature with a remote control from your bed, Heaven, There was also air con in the living room, which also serves the second bedroom, The wifi was perfect, The decor was cosy and traditional, I especially loved the feel of the wooden stairs, There is a small supermarket around the corner on od Puca street, just past the church, The lady who greeted us gave us a brilliant recommendation for a cheap, good quality restaurant (Kamenice), which we ate at twice,
