The apartment was spotless. The bed was super comfortable, there was a lot of fresh towels, a lot of extras such as makeup remover, toilet rolls, cotton buds and pads, with shampoo and body wash also being supplied. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you need for your stay. The walk to the old town was very close, around a 10 minute walk, with the bus stop also being very close (from the airport and into the city). Our view was absolutely stunning, looking onto the Lokrum Island and on the right hand side the whole view of old town; the mornings and evenings were the highlight of our day. Niko (our host) was amazing, very attentive and charming, helpful with all the information that he gave us; he gave us many recommendations to which restaurants to go to and all the hotspots of the city.

The apartment was perfect! Clean, spacious and well appointed. Niko was a great host and gave us lots of information about the area. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It is well located , about 15 minute walk to Old Town. There are many steps (140 in total) to go up to property but so worth it! Highly recommend!

This property was okay, check in was not very well explained or easy to locate, additionally a taxi was arranged for me but not much instruction regarding where to find it and since it was so early I did not want to knock on the door of the check in person, so I ended up ubering instead. It is walking distance from the old town but that walk includes a lot of stairs.

Amazing Amorino apartments
This plaze was amazing! Apartment perfect for us, two adults and two kids. And the view! Appx 10 min walk to the old city of Dubrovnik. The owners very friendly and helpful!

Wow, what an excellent experience we had. Everything about the apartment exceeded our expectation. The view was unbelievable, the hosts had thought of every possible need we would have and covered it and they were extremely generous to let us have a free late check out due to a late flight. Cannot wait to book there again soon!

Everything about this place is outstanding! The location is only 10 min walk to Old Town. Newer building with contemporary design inside. When we first walked into the room, we were shocked how beautiful it was. The balcony view is stunning, I wake up and close my eyes to the perfect view of icons walls. The owners are kind people who ensured the fridge is stocked with milk, orange juice and water as well as coffee and tea, sugar. Grocery/wine store is 3 min walk and a 5 min walk to a beach or the gondola. I would stay on this side of Old Town, gets you away from busy Pile gate/taxi area and brings the view you want. Book this place now!!

Great apartment within walking distance of the Old Town, some hills and stairs, but not that difficult. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The apartment itself is a good size well equiped and doubt you could get a better view.

The view from the apartment was stunning, the balcony was large with a table and 4 chairs and also 2 loungers. large living area with comfortable super king bed, the owners have thought of everything you would need in a self catering apartment. The owners were very friendly and offered lots of information about the area, we would definitely stay again if returning to Dubrovnik.

Everything about this property was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy and we appreciated the property owner coming up to give us a tour of all of the amenities available. The views from the unit can not be beat and the location is ideal. You are just a 10 minute walk from the city walls. You get the views, the close proximity to the city, but have a nice quiet place to return to at the end of the dat. The unit is also fully stocked with everything you would need including coffee, tea, complimentary beverages, reliable wifi, quality towels and linens, and toiletries. An additional bonus is the in unit washing machine. I cannot say enough great things about this place! Thank you for being such a kind host to a wonderful property.

Memorable vacation at the Amorino of Dubrovnik
My daughter and I stayed at the Amorino of Dubrovnik for a week. We loved our place and the view from the balcony was amazing!!! It was a short walk to the market and to Dubrovnik Old Town. The owners were very nice and hospitable. I would definitely return!

Great experience
Modern and well kept apartment. Quick and easy check in. All equipment, utensils etc provided and in good condition. Although there were just 2 of us we stayed in the larger apartment, so we had loads of room. Balcony view was amazing. 5 min stroll to nearest supermarket, 10 mins to beach and about 15 mins to Old Town. There's an uphill walk back, but if you don't like hills then Dubrovnik is probably the wrong place for you anyway!

Had a fantastic stay. The host was very helpful, letting us know where the local shops were, what places to visit etc. The property itself was very modern and well equipped, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. I could have sat there all day. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay
My older parents and I stayed 3 nights in the studio apartment with terrace. The apartment was clean and beautiful with a lovely view. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is close to everything. Hosts were great and very helpful even giving my father a CD of his band playing traditional music to listen to on our drive to Bosnia after we departed. My parents plan to return on their own again in the future. A+++ stay!

The highlight of our trip! Unbelievable view and terrace from the studio we rented. We didn’t want to leave. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed and large size apartment even with a washing machine. Be aware there are many stairs leading down (and up) to the street that leads to old town. Still, so worth it. Loved it!!

Fabulous, spacious apartment
Fabulous and spacious apartment, just 8-10 minutes walk from the old town. Nico, our host, was very helpful. Also had the unexpected bonus of being able to use the nearby hotel’s pool free of charge. Only downside were the number of very steep stairs to get down to the road, otherwise fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Niko was great!!! He went out of his way to make sure my stay was comfortable. The apartment is just as advertised. The only downside would be the WiFi’s poor signal throughout my stay. Other than that, this is the perfect place to stay.

Absolutely sensational property - the apartment was incredibly presented, immaculate and modern. The view is breathtaking, the bed was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities welcome (tv, functional kitchen and lovely bathroom with washing machine which came in handy) Having the balcony was great to take in the views and it captures the sun all day, there were loungers and dining table out there as well as drying maiden. The owners are absolutely lovely and incredibly accommodating, they are based just under he apartments so are on hand if anything is needed. To note, the apartments are up very steep 100+ steps and so it is a slog, especially in the heat, to get up and down ( however you can walk down the slope and approach the old town from the top, but either way there are a number of steps to climb they just vary in steepness). The old town is about 10-15 minutes on foot but there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available for abou£5/7. Within 5 mins of Banje beach which is beautiful water and has a beach bar with some comfort food (pizza , burger, fajita) however the beds are very expensive.

Fantastic Place for Old Town Visit But Watch Climb
Right fro the outset we knew we had made the right choice. From the warm friendly welcome including useful tourist information through to the modern and above all clean apartment it was obvious that customer service is their first priority. Internally the apartment is light and airy, well air conditioned and equipped with all you would need including a washing machine! Bathroom merits special mention as it is a modern environment, well stocked with towels and shampoo and comes with a blow dryer. They even have dark towels for after removal of make up as no doubt they lost a few of the cream ones due to this WiFi is excellent throughout and free and there is satellite tv in the living area an one of the bedrooms The external terrace offers stunning views of the Old Town and bay and is a great place to have breakfast or sunbathe. Location is 10 minute walk fro Old Town but be aware that property sits on hillside so there is a steep staircase to climb to get back and it certainly was a good work out for calves and lungs! Need to consider this before booking I didn’t However I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for your visit not only for the property itself but for Nicko’s welcome every time we met him

Look no further for somewhere to stay, these apartments are amazing!! Every detail has been thought about from welcome drinks to slippers, blankets, candles and washing detergent. Niko was amazing and showed us everything that we needed to know and showed us where everything was and lovely places to visit. Location wise the apartments are ideally situated, its approx 10 mins walk into the walled town, there are two local mini markets and a bar within a 4 min walk and there is a bus stop nearly immediately outside. Niko and Dubravka were absolutely lovely and were on hand if needed for anything. On our last night Niko knocked on our door with hot, freshly home made desert and a bottle of wine - it was like a home from home and we absolutely loved it!! We will be sure to go back and are already planning our next stay!!

Lovely spacious apartment w/convenient location.
Amazing apartment within a short walking distance to the old city. The sprawling terrace had a beautiful view of the water as well as the old city. The apartment itself was large, clean and has new appliances (including a washing machine!). We will definitely recommend to our family and friends.
