Beautiful home in Gromaca with WiFi

Holiday like in a fairy tale!



This modern holiday home with pool is located in the picturesque village of Gromaa in the Dubrovnik hinterland and is an ideal place for a carefree holiday. The property is situated on terraced grounds, with several terraces providing variety and a wonderful view of the surrounding nature.



The house has two separate living units, each located on different floors, thus ensuring sufficient privacy. The ground floor for 2 people has a dining kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet and the upper floor, which is suitable for 6 people, has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet and the living area with kitchen. Light colours and warmly decorated interiors offer true moments of peace and relaxation. In front of the entrance to the 1st floor there is a covered terrace with a barbecue and a large table. Behind the house there is an attractive swimming pool and a children's playground.



Enjoy the sun and sea on the beautiful beaches or visit the historic city of Dubrovnik, which clearly has more to offer than its fame for its impressive backdrop from Game of Thrones.

De gjorde deres yderste for at vi hele tiden skulle finde os godt tilpas. Mødte manden hver morgen tidlig, ved swimmingpoolen igang med daglig rengøring Kom en aften med en kurv med hjemmedyrkede grøntsager. Bedre værtsfamilie findes ikke. Familien har en dejlig restaurant ved siden af, hvor de opvarter os med autentisk kroatisk mad. Et feriehus som ikke findes bedre

Die Villa Kate ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes, großzügiges Ferienhaus, nur 25 Autominuten von Dubrovnik entfernt im kleinen Bergort Gromaca. In allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich gibt es Klimaanlagen, die Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich und der Poolbereich ist wunderschön angelegt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und man wird herzlich mit einigen kroatischen Köstlichkeiten begrüßt. In der Nähe (ab 9 Autominuten) findet man schöne kleine (typisch kroatische) Kieselstrände und felsige Badestellen, Dubrovnik ist mehr als einen Ausflug wert und auch die kleinen Orte Cavtat, Slano und Zaton sind sehr hübsch und einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten viel Freude an dem von der Villa organisierten privaten Schnorchel-Bootsausflug (nicht ganz billig, aber dafür ganz für uns allein) zu den Elaphitischen Inseln (irre schön: die blaue und die grünen Grotten) und fanden auch das typisch kroatische Essen im Agriturizam Laptalo, das man vor Ort buchen konnte, toll. Für uns der perfekte Kroatienurlaub. :-)
