My in law who came to USA from other country was required to deposit $800. And when they checked out, the staff promised to returned balance after 200 dollar something credit within next 5days. But I got a call from my in law, Hilton does not refund the remained balance even past 2 weeks. So I called to Hilton customer service. The guy said I need contact to Expedia. I don’t know what is going on. Very disappointed!
