"This hotel is older and not up to date, especially in bathroom. Staff is very attentive. Bar nightlife very loud. This is not an 8.3 excellent rated place to stay."

"My taxi dropped me at the wrong Clayton hotel and when I chatted to the receptionist he made a call and got a taxi to bring me to the correct hotel. He was so kind and I appreciated his help "

"Close to all the landmarks and train stations, great spot with large rooms (for Europe!) and friendly staff. Great lobby too. "

"Heating works only when they want it too. Thermostat turned up all of the way and yet no heat. Room extremely small. View of the river was view of an office building! Breakfast area was a joke. So small It had seating for 9 people ! Ate dinner in the restaurant The beef had so much grizzle I just gave up eating. So disappointing. "

"Staff were lovely especially Francis the manager she was outstanding. There were nice touches in the room including lovely fluffy towels, rituals product, tea coffee and biscuits and bottles of water. The location is in walking distance of the city centre and is close to the airport. "
