The front desk staff at check in and evening were very nice and helpful. Professional. The property needs repairs, the cleaning staff did not change or make bed, take trash or resupply towels, after we put linen and stuff outside room for pick up. Had to get bedding at 10:00pm! TV only had some channels and water in tub was very low pressure. Toilets are almost on the floor. Not ADA compliant.

Staff was great. Room 116 was clean, but bathroom was in terrible shape. Shower head had black mold on it. There was stuff all over the wall by the toilet and next to the shower. The coffee maker was in the bathroom next to the shower. There was nowhere near the shower to hang towels for use when getting out of the shower. Made staff aware when we were checking out, so hopefully they are able to make the necessary changes.

Nice Surprise

Nice renovation on a old hotel. Great bed..clean room. Hot breakfast but minimal options. I think at at 7.0 rating its a bit low...its better than that. Friendly staff.

Room was extremely clean. Shower pressure could be improved with higher-flow shower heads. We had our dog with us and there was only grass on the grounds at the back of the hotel; the other unpaved areas were rock islands. Unfortunately, it was strewn with a lot of broken glass and litter.The back needs to be cleaned up. Finally, they ran out of bread to make toast at 8:30 AM despite that breakfast is served from 6-9 AM.
