The staff were attentive and the room was comfortable. However i was disappointed that the advertised japanese bath was closed during covid and never reopened. This should be removed from listing. The towels we recieved was sometimes stained and old worn bed linen. This was changed on request.

The room would smell of cigarettes and there was a time when the room above was leaking into my room bathroom. Besides that the staff and accomodation was nice

The condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with minimal comfort. It’s clear that cleaning is done, but a more thorough and deep cleaning is needed. Everything in the room is quite old. The TV is outdated, with more than 40 channels claimed, but in reality, there are about 10, and only 2 of them are in English. The only thing I really liked was the fish at the reception, and that’s probably it. If you’re traveling for work, this hotel could be considered as an option.

Be aware before booking.

We stayed for 3 nights 3 occupants pre booked and on advance payment done online 1. Rooms spacious 2. Bed very hard not at all comfortable. 3. No power outlets in room or near sofa, only power outlets I found was tv and kitchen appliances... very uncomfortable 4. They do not clean dishes. In 3 nights they didn't clean dishes at all even after complaining a lot, didn't provide cook ware as well!!. 5. Even after booking for 3 occupants I had to pay for the 3rd occupants bed, what is the point of booking for 3 occupancy!!. Summary. Other than room size which is good, I couldn't find anything good in hotel!

Good clean place suitable for family stays in a budget

I just stayed overnight and it was perfect for that. Basement parking is provided, but is difficult to find without instructions. The room was good and clean, but some areas such as stains on the sofa and black spots on the bathroom mirror speak of age. There are mid level hotels nearby where you can eat.

Awfully uncomfortable dirty and strong smells of food lingering in rooms, linen, curtains and towels. Rooms are NOT as pictured online. Middle of nowhere with NO Advertising outside to indicate the hotel is there. A dark dingy door that was dirty and closed was the completely unobvious entrance.
