L hôtel se trouve non loin d un des plus grands centre commerciaux. L Appart hôtel était très spacieux mais assez mal entretenu. De plus les services type petit déjeuner, repas... ne sont pas proposés, en revanche la livraison de ces repas peut se faire gratuitement par les restaurants avoisinants.

Exceptionally terrible

This property is old and outdated it is really horrible and their photos are misleading. They either photoshopped the pictures or the pictures date from opening day. Lobby: entrance is from a lousy parking at the back side of the building. The lobby furniture is dirty and old like you would not believe anyone in his right mind can keep such furniture. They don’t even have envelopes for the key card they stick a sticker on it with the room number. Room: horrible old and almost everything is broken. Towels are so old i wouldn’t use them if you end up there get your own. It’s a real shame that this place is listed online with untrue pictures a complete Waite of time and money. Do yourself a favor and boook somewhere else dont ruine your trip!

This is not a hotel. It’s a furnished apartment building. There are stains even on fresh sheets. there is no restaurant or room service in the building and no guests allowed to visit you as this is a ‘family hotel’. For the money it’s fair and there are plenty of taxis, pharmacies, grocery stores around.

Okay for a night.

This place is good for when you just need somewhere to sleep for 1 night only or a place to “meet” people. The room itself was smelly, there was a used durex wrapper on the floor to welcome me! Check in was slow. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. Lack of plug sockets.

On arrival took a long time to find my booking which i had made a month ago, they gave me higher price until I corrected them. The attitude of the receptionist was not good. Also there were no towels in the room. After calling for them 3 times, took 1,5 h to get the towels. Easy access by car and big room were the only good things for me.

really bad hotel and ruin our family weekend

i really can't believe that this hotel have so many lice and this hotel even don't change the quilt, the quilt still has some blood.so disgusting. i book here for my parens and my son because i want them can have a good weekend in dubai. but they are so scared in the midnight for the lice and they have to chage the room.because they can't have a good sleep so we have to cancel the second day tour. second day i talk to the manger of the hotel and they even don't want give me a good compensation suggestion just tell me they will make the pest control.better. really bad service and never choose this hotel . i will complain this.hotel to dubai tourist center
