Valentines escape

Stayed in many hotels but this is the best
Amazing hotel. 10/10 stay. I have stayed in many 5* hotels but this is the best. The attention to detail and the service they provided throughout the stay was amazing. Every staff member is tought about etiquette and it was clearly evident to see that throughout the stay. Also the little details and the effort they put it in to ensure our stay was a comfortable and enjoyable one was amazing. Hopefully be returning again in the future. The location is also amazing as its approx 15 minutes walk to the main downtown area too.

We paid for the half board package We were shocked to find out that this entailed a different restricted menu than the very free options which would be suited better for a cafe menu rather than. Dining at a five star hotel

To the staff at St Regis downtown Dubai As a 58 male so called African America from Chicago I never experienced such hostility, kindness, in my life. Thanks you for making my first trip off the American continent a delight. I was able to save and visit the great city Dubai and stay a luxury hotel and experience happiness on another level . God bless you all Anthony from Nigeria Usef and security who found the wife’s phone The service at Basta and Tabu restaurants The people who flagged down a taxi The people opening the door to the elevator at the Hotel EVERYTIME. The service at in the mezzanine (smoking area) Every time my wife went out for a smoke they were there with at beautiful attitude, The SMILE and attitude of all the workers is what the world needs! GOD bless you ALL!!😃 because of you I FELT IMPORTANT FOR A SHORT WHILE! Short but sweet stay
Our short stay at the St. Regis was great! Check in took no more than 5 mins and is where we were notified of our upgraded room. The room was clean, spacious, with a nice view of the canal. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was excellent (tasty food, nice size portions, friendly service).

St Regis was very attentive to our group. They up keep of this hotel was top tier. The signature fragrance was amazing. As soon as I got home, I ordered their diffuser set. Their breakfast, although expensive, was delicious. The spa was beautiful. Butler service was always on time. My suite was overlooking the water with a gorgeous view. It was a beautiful room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff of St Regis are very accomodating. The room was large and had every luxurious element to make your stay special. Loved the butler service (2 pressed items per day) and the breakfast buffet. It is a short walk to Dubai Mall in the cooler months and only AED5 by taxi. I highly recommend the St Regis Hotel.

The housekeeping was a weak point. No housekeeping before 3PM. Did not observe ‘do not disturb’ request. Gym excellent. Room aromatherapy and bathroom fantastic. Swimming pool rather small and too shallow but nice. Neighborhood around hotel had nothing, zero. But close enough via taxi.
