Disliked: Communication
The location listed on your website is about 3 km away from where the building is. It is near impossible to find as Concord 5 is a new building that is not really finished. This is not Concord Tower 1 as promised. The apartment was new and very basic inside, the bathroom had not been fully cleaned either. This apartment should not be rented out yet , No taxis can be called, you just have to wait and be lucky….i suspect if you gave the actual location then nobody would even bother.
It took an hour and a half to establish where the actual place was !
This was a very bad start to a trip after a long flight.
