Given the location of the building in JBR, one can find amenities like leisure spots, malls, restaurants, beaches, educational institutions and medical facilities close to Murjan 2.
⚠️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Violation will result in a 2,000 AED fine.
