We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, providing plenty of comfort. We enjoyed this hotel. Front desk Smitka was very friendly. She gave us an upgrade to a room with a nice view of the partial palm. Our room has washer and dryer. Very clean hotel. Quiet. A brilliant stay

We’ve had an excellent stay for our holiday. The staff were more than helpful and couldn’t do enough for us for the duration of our trip. The only downside being the beds for the children and they were not very comfortable. Our kids are 11 and 15 and we paid extra for an additional bed, which also wasn’t massively comfortable. From speaking with the staff we understand that the hotel are in the process of upgrading the spare beds, so hopefully this will go away. We’d happily stay here again, the location is really good for what we wanted to do and the proximity to the metro station is perfect.

Amazing value, amazing location, amazing staff

Booked as a relatively cheap hotel room, my family of 4 stayed here overnight whilst passing through Dubai in a very spacious apartment on the 17th floor with an amazing g view of the Dubai wheel, Atlantis Royal, Burj Al Arab & Jumeirah Beach Hotel from the windows & balcony. About 2 mins walk from Internet city Metro station, taxis available at the front and back and a bus stop right outside, this hotel was incredibly convenient for transport around Dubai. The stay came with a continental breakfast, but I was surprised to find that the breakfast included sausages, bacon, toast and more on top of the usual continental offerings. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and accommodating. We asked them to make up the sofa bed in our lounge very late at night and they arrived and completed the task within 25 minutes. The pools area and fitness areas are basic but have everything you need and extremely clean, and still have the great city & sea views over Dubai.

The hotel was not a four-star hotel. Dissatisfied!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness. There were dirty and unhygienic areas in several places within the hotel room itself. For example, the toilet and bathtub were dirty, and the veranda was so dirty that you couldn't even stand there. As soon as I entered the hotel room, I could immediately smell an unpleasant odor reminiscent of mold. There was a distinct mold smell in the hotel that was hard to ignore. The entire hotel room had an intense smell of mold, which made the stay uncomfortable. The location was good. The breakfast could have had more options instead of the same thing every morning. The staff could have been more helpful in case of misunderstandings. Almost nothing is included in the hotel package; you have to buy things like an outlet to charge your phone. The hotel wifi barely works, it's too poor. There are very few activities to do in the hotel. It's not suitable for children if you want to stay in the hotel and do something.

We had an amazing stay for 4 nights. Very friendly staff and the Dubai Internet City metro station is in front of the hotel which made our local travel magical! Can go to all iconic Dubai location from this metro. Will stay again 😊
