This is an older hotel, which I already knew. Location was perfect, which is why we chose this. PROS - Fantastic location; - Friendly staff; - Excellant Buffet Breakfast, which we paid extra as part of the package; - Free parking underground CONS - Pool closes at 8pm, which is ridiculous. We never got back before 9pm, so never had a chance to relax in the pool. It wud have been great to just chill there in the evening looking at the Marina; - Showers only give hot water for 15 mins. This is because each washroom has its own water heater tank which is very small and runs out very quickly.

Budget stay at Dubai Marina

It was amazing good experience at this hotel. Price was just right for the location. The view from the balcony was a million dollars value. Staff was friendly and courteous. I will certainly visit again with family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Signature Hotel Apartments and spa. The location was great with a 20 minute walk to JBR beach and the local facilities.The Dubai Marina was accessible via the basement giving you great access to the walk and restaurant and other local activities. The staff at the hotel are fantastic from the front desk staff l,porters and the cleaning staff. They all worked to make our stay there fantastic and to name a single person would be unfair as it was a fantastic team effort. We would stay at the Signature hotel apartments and spa on our return to Dubai

I never do this, but this time i had to: Except from the russian gentleman at the reception, it's pretty aweful. 1) Room 709, oh boy! Alarm sound constantly going from the maintenace thing above the room, reported it, they go silent. Reported it again the second night, they sent maintenance, and then went silent again. I had to go down and sleep on the reception couch and they didnt budge. Guy said we're fully booked. Next morning, they pretended i was complaining about air conditioning while they are fully aware of my complaints. Overall, pretty dishonest staff, they knew all along and never told me about it. 2 stressful and sleepless nights. 2) asked for an electric plug-in adapter, it never came. 3) they moved us to another room where the 20 year old tv didn't work, reported it, played the same apologetic card again then reluctantly said they wont be able to fix it. 4) the heater in the second room is not fully functional, barely getting any hot water. Very apologetic though, i bet after this review they will send another good apology. DISHONEST, STAY AWAY Just try out the Jannah hotel next door. Way better

Bon séjour

J'ai  passé 7 nuits  dans cet hôtel. Le personnelles était très sympathique; Chambre propre et fonctionnelle pratique avec  cuisine bien équipée (four, plaque, micro-onde et en plus lave linge mais pas de sèche-linge pas logique), literie confortable salle de bain bien équipé avec grandes baignoire, chambre calme côté Marina et Piscine, salle de sports bien équipés . Petit-déjeuner très bon et varié . Proche de la marina pour se promener et à peut plus de 1 km du mall marina et 1,5 km de la plage. Point négatif : Très peu de prise de courant et même aucune dans la salle de bain il préfère un miroir éclairer plutôt que des prises pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ses légers, isolation un peu juste dans la chambre pour un établissement de ce standing. Manque de l'eau à disposition dans la salle de sports et serviettes pour s'essuyer.
