bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area and
two balconies, one from the living room & the other for the main
bedroom.
The Palm, Dubai Eye, Burj Al Arab & The Burj Khalifa are within a close
distance! The building is just 5 minutes away from the Marina & JBR and
is 22 minutes away from Dubai International Airport.

Guest access

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.

Other things to note

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and
at an additional cost, if required.
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities are provided.
Please note that once your reservation is confirmed you will also be
automatically charged a Dubai Tourism Tax by Airbnb.
We are very happy to accommodate a same day check in. Kindly note: If
the booking is made at 2pm or thereafter, please allow us, up to 60
