Roda Beach Resort is on the older side and could use some necessary updates in the rooms, drapes need to be deep cleaned, kitchen could be better supplied. Breakfast was great, staff attentive. Location for kite beach, swimming beach, walk and biking perfect. Pool area well maintained. Gym has everything you need.

First Time Stayer.
The stay was really nice. They wee always key on keeping the rooms and the overall resort spotless which was amazing. The distance from the beach is no more than a 5 minute walk. Great staff and service. The word “no” is not in their vocabulary. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone coming to Dubai.

This place is a quiet hotel in a residential area. It isn’t crowded and right on Kite beach. It’s not close to any big touristy places, and waking up to go to the beach just makes for a peaceful, restful vacation.

I like the fact it was close to beach and a supermarket. I didn't like they didn't communicate the dryer part of washer was broke until after i washed the same load 3 times with their help until i had 1hr to leave. They didnt care my clothes was wet. I asked to put them in a sauna to dry which one of them was broke

I liked that it was on the beach. I also liked that it had a kitchen and there was a grocery store within walking distance so we could prepare a meal.

The Roda resort is lovely. Pool is chilled and was too cold for us. Direct access from the pool to the beach and the hotel allows guests to bring the beach towels with them to the beach which is great. Our room was huge with separate living room and kitchen with all amenities. Staff are all very friendly and efficient.

It was amazing and fantastic. However, one of rooms had too much Ants. The bathroom in the first floor serving the living room was not clean and requires renovation.

Roda gone and forgotten.
At check in, I was asked for 500aed deposit, if you pay in cash, you get full refund. If you pay by card, you get 470Aed back, 30aed is kept as a commission to the hotel. They don’t just block as any other hotel, which makes it quite ridiculous, no mention of this before I booked the hotel. Value isn’t the problem, it’s the principle. Great location, rooms are dated, quite noisy.

Delightful Stay Near the Kite Beach
My husband and I stayed for 12 days, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was very professional and helpful. In particular, Ms. Grace at the reception desk was extremely helpful when my husband had a toothache, and she arranged an appointment with a local dentist and called us a taxi. We are grateful to her for her professionalism and kindness. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a great kitchen! This hotel/apartment is excellent for a couple or a small family. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the kite surfers and it was so nice to be able to walk along the boardwalk every day. We did notice that there were no grocery stores within walking distance from the hotel and one has to take a taxi. There were several restaurants nearby though. Overall, and excellent place to stay in Dubai!

Roda Beach Resort
Great location for access to Kite Beach. Apartments are a bit dated, but are spacious and comfortable. Downside is car park next to hotel which is very noisy at nights with cars and motorbikes.

Great hotel on a beautiful beach.
On arrival there was a mix up with my reservation. Staff were very friendly and quick to rectify. Upgraded to a beautiful Villa. Small restaurant area in lobby with a lovely view. Breakfast was very nice. Nice pool, family friendly. Very quiet at night. Beach is gorgeous. Great walking track. Would definitely stay again.

Unpretentious hotel in quiet beach location
We chose the Roda Beach Hotel because we were attending a conference at the Four Seasons Jumeirah and this was the closest hotel we could find. The location is lovely on Kite Beach surrounded by low rise buildings and well away from the busy downtown/Sheikh Zayed Road areas yet still within easy reach of Dubai’s main areas and attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a large well equipped kitchen area and it’s worth choosing a Beach view room for the lovely views. There is a small cafe area in the lobby which serves breakfast and sandwiches and drinks at other times of the day. Worth noting that there is no bar or alcohol served on the premises. The pool area is nice and has direct beach access. Overall we would recommend the Roda Beach for a functional and very well priced place to stay in a great location. Although it doesn’t have the grandeur, interior styling and aesthetics of many of Dubai’s luxury 5 star hotels, It was perfect for our short 4 day business trip and we would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, close to the beach
The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was clean with a convenient kitchen and washer/dryer. There is a beautiful and clean beach right behind the hotel. The pool is very nice. The complimentary fruit and cookies left in the room at the beginning and the dates and coffee near the front desk are great. The location is reasonably close to a bunch of great Dubai attractions. For being a brand new hotel everything runs great at that hotel and I have to give the staff a lot of credit.

Quiet relaxing stay
Lovely place, beautiful location by kite beach. We stayed during Ramadan so restaurant shut and extremely quiet. Staff, particularly Glen, were really helpful and kind. They provided menus for local take out and we received a yummy fruit basket on arrival. If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and away from the the Dubai hustle & bustle- stay at Roda beach.

Einzigartig ist, dass sie am Strand liegt in Dubai Jumeira und trotzdem bezahlbar ist. Toll finde ich auch, dass das Hotel eher klein ist, zwei Stockwerke hat, keine Hochhäuser, und dass es ruhig gelegen ist, weg von den Schnellstrassen von Dubai. Ideal zum Entspannen. Es ist kein gestilter Neubau. Momentan grad Vorarbeiten für Foodfestival am Strand vor dem Hotel, aber nicht für lange.

quel dommage !
Hôtel top par contre il est situé à proximité immédiate d’un parking public où dès les usagers normaux de la plage publique partis et la nuit noire tombée surgit une horde d’hommes à la recherche de la compagnie d’autres hommes au milieu d’un déferlement de musique, Klaxons et vrombissements de leurs 4x4 de luxe jusqu’à pas d’heure. Cela gâche fortement la tranquillité du voisinage !
