Quality stay in great location

Firstly please keep in mind there are a lot of Royal Beach Residencie(s), so check your email for the exact address. Once I found the building, it happened to be a number of rooms within a larger apartment. I stayed in a decent sized room with private bathroom. There are other rooms with a shared bathroom. There is a communal kitchen and dining/seating area which is nice. All fixtures & fittings are of a v good standard - I personally was impressed. Nice decor and cleanliness standards were tip top! Thanks to Fred. I felt welcome and enjoyed my stay. The location was great with a partial view of a good chunk of the sea and JBR Walk. One of my favourite stays in Dubai.

The apartment was shared with others, so lacked some privacy, but the problem we had was locating it. No information was provided about the location, buikding number or apartment number. A good deal of time was spent trying to find it. However, it was very comfortable.

From the address provided via Expedia, it is impossible to find this property. Had it not been for a caring and persistent taxi driver, I would never have found it. This accommodation is one large apartment with 5-6 bedrooms. You are renting a bedroom and have access to the kitchen, living room, etc., shared with anyone else who is staying there. After finally finding the place after 2 hours of searching, I left and checked into the Ramada next door.

L'hébergement proposé par vos soins ne correspondait pas à celui trouvé sur place. Très déçu. Nous voulions une chambre avec un lit 2 places et salle de bains privatives. Nous avons eu 1 chambre avec 2 lits et salle de bains et wc dans le couloir. En plus il fallait négocier pour avoir ce que nous avions payé...incroyable...
