The team set up a lovely experience for my birthday. Was a good experience. More of a business travel hotel, should look into other travelers and offer inhouse tourist experiences. Nice spa and fitness center, open to guests. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Staff was very accommodating, I had came down with a fever and asked for blankets and water in the middle of the night, the staff came right away. They also gave us a 4pm checkout so we have more time to rest.

When we arrived the hotel in early morning. Front desk male staff tried his best to get a room for us. The price to upgrade to an apartment was reasonable. We could take a rest in the room after the long flight. The house keeping staff gave us a comfortable environment for us to sleep. Moreover, the breakfast was very good and delicious. We highly recommend.

Its a good hotel but the staff need alot of training especially in the area of how they can be demanding about paying for things that you have put against the room charges. I had on a few occasions been called by reception downatairs to come and settle a breakfast or meal bill Can you not wait till the guest is checking out to close this? one other really bad experience..got woken up at 2am in the night for a wrong in room dining delivery and they didnt wven apologise. please learn from other hotels nearby like Taj

Great hotel clean and friendly. I would recommend. Taxis easy to get outside too. Chelsea on the front desk showed great customer service. The screens in the lifts showing whats-on and offers went way to fast. You need to slow this down as no chance to read 😀

Honnêtement le personnel est sympathique, la chambre spacieuse mais la tv un peu obsolète, la salle de bain est bien mais cette fuite d’étanchéité autour de la douche vous fait nager dans une piscine à chaque fois que vous en prenez une, ce qui m’a valut une belle chute à 3h du matin. Pour ce qui est de l’entretien, le ménage est souvent à moitié fait, manque de serviette et des produits que l’hôtel propose. Nous avions une voiture de location et c’est assez contraignant de devoir klaxonner pour accéder au parking surtout que les personnes qui ouvraient prenaient leurs temps pour venir nous ouvrir. La réception était aussi en travaux accessible uniquement au 16ème étage. La piscine est correct mais il y a des services qui disparaissent du jour au lendemain. Bref un hôtel correct mais pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, pourtant nous avons fait des hôtels sur Dubaï.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and, unfortunately, found the experience lacking in several key areas. The Wi-Fi was consistently poor, making it difficult to stay connected for work or leisure. Water pressure in the shower was very low, and oddly, the water temperature was often too hot with no easy way to adjust it properly. Service was also underwhelming — staff were not very responsive to requests or concerns during the stay. On the plus side, the room was reasonably sized for the price, and the hotel offers good value overall. The location is a strong point, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which was very convenient. Overall, decent location and value, but major improvements are needed in service and basic amenities to make the stay comfortable.
