This was a terrible stay and nothing like what was shown on the website. The reality is completely different from the photos and description. The room I got had an extremely noisy AC that sounded like an old generator and made it impossible to relax or sleep. The room itself was very dirty, and the washroom fittings were broken and looked very old and poorly maintained. Even the door lock was not working properly, which made me feel unsafe. There wasn’t even proper drinking water provided. Overall, the room felt like an abandoned building rather than a place meant for guests. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

DONT BOOK THIS PLACE.ITS A SCAMM!!!!.This place was very filthy.I booked the room.I went to the room and come right out and asked for my money back.They have no refund policy.Once you paid you are stuck.I ask Expedia and they didn’t even return my money.I HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL AND LET GI MY MONEY I PAID FOR THIS PLACE.

Decapitated furniture and carpeting but cant demand a 5☆ service for the price they're charging. The staff was amazingly supportive and helpful. The restaurant is tailored for west africans but theres a KFC and McD's around the corner. Overall, you'll feel safe staying their and the room are larger than an averaged modern hotel room.

il est dommage que les hoteliers de cette region aient l'habitude de mettre les prix a leur guises selon les evenements. la nuité passe de 75 euro a 300 euro juste parcequ'il y a un evenement au centre ville. ce n'est pas correct.

I would not stay there for free. catastrophic! The photos they have provided are not as what you see in the room. if it was from the cleanliness or the tidiness or the cleanliness. the staff was not of help at all!

The location of the hotel is very central. Stones throw to Naif Souk and Souk Al Wasl. Very basic hotel. Expect no fancies. Hotels.com says hotel has no front desk but there is most if the day upto midnight. If you arrive after midnight arrange check in beforehand.

Worst Hotel in my entire life. Found pests in bath room, Dirty beds, old hotel, bad smells. After fully paid by Expedia including all taxes, they ask me to pay more taxis upon checkout!!
