Another Great Stay at MERCURE GOLD, Dubai

From the point of arrival all staff were very helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed a lovely upgrade in room type, which is always a lovely surprise and treat. I ate at the hotel and found the food to be of good quality and well priced. A particular mention to Preeti on reception, who’s smile lights up reception.

On arrival the staff were friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is located in a great location to get around Dubai rooms were spacious clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful and helpful staff. clean hotel. A little out of the way from the rest of the action in Dubia. There was a small TV, but the room was comfortable. Ethiad Museum was in walking distance, some good food options nearby, and supermarket right next door.

Loved everything about the location of this property. TONS of dining options nearby. Staff was AMAZING, especially the gentlemen taking care of our luggage. Great guides and you must ask them about exploring Dubai! You wont be disappointed. Room was large, cool, and cleaned evey day. Can't say enough nice things about this hotel and the staff. The property was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, my room was on the second floor, and we could hear loud music from the nightclubs on the ground floor of the hotel until 3 a.m. This made it difficult to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

If you like nightclubs under your room this is the place for you. Can’t fault the room itself, it was lovely but imagine a brand name hotel chain with a nightclub downstairs on a Wednesday night thumping music and hearing the DJ yelling come on come on let’s go let’s go.
