We were exceptionally well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel is well situated near a mall and not too far from other popular areas to visit like The Palm, JBR & the Marina. The entire team at Marsa Al Arab were always happy to assist and took great care of our needs every step of the way. A special mention goes to Virender, our front door attendant, who always greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We would also like to thank Kismat, the Housekeeping Manager on our floor, who was equally attentive, helpful and courteous. The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely wonderful, friendly and professional, and their excellent service really made our stay even more enjoyable.
