The property is nothing like advertised. Rooms are pathetic dirty n tiny. There wasn’t any secure locker- just had a label on wardrobe. Had to check out without completing my full stay. Met a lot of fellow travellers with similar experiences and had similar complaints with reception. If you are reading this, please book elsewhere.

Conveniently located, all the staff was very helpful and nice, there were always people for our room with cleaning and towels, pool too was nice. Karaoke bar was small and smoky and required a drink purchase to stay, and I do not imbibe.

Hotel is outdated. There were some tiny cockroach in our room and we ask them to clean our room but still the same. Reason why we always close our luggage coz we don’t want this tiny guys coming home with us. Nice thing about the area is accessible to a lot of things like bus and train, restaurant, and shopping mall.

Rude, adamant and not service minded are some adjectives for couple of folks at check in. Were a hassle to get through, didnt care about small kids waiting and were just not pleasant experience overall. Property itself is well maintained. Would neither recommend nor revisit, there are lots of goos options in vicinity.

Very unsafe place for families with children. My family checked in at 3am because our flight was delayed and when we reached the hotel there were prostitutes waiting outside of the hotel. In regards to the cleanliness our room was very untidy There were cockroaches in the room and in the fridge. I was very unsatisfied by the hotel hospitality

I have stayed several times here with mixed feelings. This time it was horrible. I got a smoking room and had to kill 2 roaches upon arrival and couldn’t reach the one in the ceiling. I checked out after a day and the management wouldn’t either credit my other night nor even an apology.

My room was full of roaches, and the air conditioning only blew hot air. I reported this to the staff from day one and they do nothing. Every day they said they had no rooms available and the hotel was full, which is impossible because every day there is check in and check out.

Bad experience.. House keeping is terrible...

The room was not clean, heavy smoking smell. Bathrooms were not ready with Body wash gel and Soaps. It was empty. The response from Reception was very pathetic. After so much shouting they shifted to a new room. The room has lot of small cockroches.. In the nights it is visible in rooms, toilets everywhere.. like it is a hatchery... No pest control done.

Where do i start one of the rooms i was provided had no tub and the water would flow everywhere and not dry up so falling hazard was bad also the sink piping had a crack so when you would use it water would drain all over ,I asked for a room change which came after a bit of waiting anyways room was provided but the cleanliness was sub par cockroaches and spiders were very present the bathroom sink tap was leaking abit of water asked for a repair and same thing again even though he changed the tap so no use,bathroom tub caulking mold on caulking like I dont think a maintenance team exists at this hotel plus the smoke smell is bad.This hotel needs to be shutdown and get some upgrades only nice thing was the concierge staff were amazing.I would never stay in the hotel again

Twice they changed my suite due to air condition not functioning. Bathrooms leaking from ceiling in the first room I was checked in and room was hot with no air condition. Maintenance, called and still could not fix. They never changed my room for two nights. I had to sleep waking up sweating in the middle of night. They switched me third night to a known broken room with no air condition again and bathroom leaking. Almost broke my neck after taking a shower because floor was full of water. Staff at reception were rude and never gave me anything for complimentary or refund after second night. They kept saying hotel is full avoiding to change me to a better room. If you are on vacation it’s the worst place to stay. Hotel is old. I don’t see anything I could compliment on. Restuarant basically has nothing good about it visually or the food. I would never stay this hotel again. Be warned, don’t ruin your holiday and be attracted by the low price only to experience loud noise from the hindi club and Philippine club in the lobby and old, broken HVAC, broken bathrooms that are flooded after bath or showers. They are rated as four star, they must have bribed to get that many stars. I wouldn’t even give them any star.

The location is good, everything else is awfully. The room smells like a sex and cigarette. The bathroom was dirty and smells like loop. You can see molds on the walls and floor. The bathroom sink needed proper cleaning, you can see hair and toothpaste residue. The furnitures are old and out dated. I couldn't sleep due to the loud noise coming from the rooftop club (I was on the second floor). The club ended at 4 am.
