Excellent breakfast. Wonderful Persian restaurant next door. Highly recommend! Option of buffet dinner onsite too. The Ibis was clean, quiet, great shower water pressure. Lots of snacks on site. Travel agent was great, arrange for Abu Dhabi trip for us at better price than uber.

Hotel staff is friendly and professional. But the amenities are bare minimum, the breakfast is the same all week, the gym needs a thorough cleaning, and the hot water ran out very quickly each day at rush times. The hotel isn’t setup to be at capacity.

We spent over two consecutive months at Ibis Styles Jumeira and were thoroughly impressed. Our Suite 503 on the 5th floor was remarkably spacious, just as shown in the photos and video. The view was particularly a highlight: a breathtaking look at the Burj Khalifa and the beautifully illuminated mosque, which creates a special atmosphere, especially in the evening. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. For example, whenever we needed an iron or ironing board, it was delivered within 10 minutes. We also enjoyed the amenities such as the fitness studio and indoor pool. However, what truly makes this hotel unbeatable is its location. Within a few minutes, you can walk to the beach (La Mer) and directly to Al Wasl Street or the famous Jumeirah Street. By car, you can reach Downtown, the Dubai Mall, and the Burj Khalifa in just 10 minutes without any traffic. In the evenings, the surrounding area is perfect for pleasant strolls, and you can try cuisine from around the world in the side streets or shop at various supermarkets within walking distance. The friendly yet discreet staff deserves special mention, as they gave us the necessary space to feel completely comfortable. Our requests to housekeeping were always promptly and satisfactorily fulfilled, particularly by Mr. Srijan, who was responsible for our floor – his work was simply outstanding. The reception team was also consistently courteous. A special thank you to the young lady who assigned us the suite.

This hotel was super weird. I will say that some of the staff was helpful - Joyce, Chaudry, breakfast restaurant manager & team at the Indian restaurant were lovely. That said I would NOT stay at this hotel. 1st surprise was that there is no view of ocean - hotel pics implied there was a view - they have had this expectation from a lot of guests so should change their pics. 2nd: 1/2 the rooms have an INTERNAL view - no external view - so our room 131 had non-soundproof windows over the LOBBY. Not a good visual by any means and very hard to sleep with constant noise. (I did raise this with them and they could not move us bc fully booked - they told me to just call if there was noise - we did, multiple times, but that's obviously NOT a great sleep experience.) The room itself was not well lit & carpet had stains. The difficult sleep situation was the worst part of the stay (and kind of the whole point of the stay), rest was mixed. Location had no view and really not close to beach, also it is on a "slip road" so difficulty with taxis. Buffet breakfast was good.

I spent 2 nights and had 3 different rooms. In the first one, there were multiple stains on the bed. The second one had a terrible damp/musty smell. The third one was finally ok. For these reasons, I would not come back nor recommend ibis hotel. This had nothing of an Ibis style hotel standing. Staff, particularly Karim was very kind though and apologized for the issues. Breakfast was ok, nothing outstanding.

O hotel é bem localizado e é bem conservado. O staff oferece ajuda com indicações e dicas para os turistas. O café da manhã é agradável, com opções frescas e variadas a cada dia, havendo ainda um funcionário que prepara omeletes e ovos mexidos na hora, sob demanda. Única crítica que faço é da demora de mais de 20 dias para reembolsar-me o valor do depósito que debitaram da minha conta antes da chegada, em razão da reserva ainda não estar garantida. Acho tempo demasiado.

LOVED the breakfast!!! So good for only $9USD. Enjoyed being directly across the street from Jumeriah Mosque and seeing that every time we walked outside (we were there during Ramadan, and it was lit up at night). As a solo woman traveler, it felt safe and comfortable. Also loved the Persian restaurant next door -- Persian Kebab. It was phenomenal! Recommend one of the chicken skewers. The Ibis was clean, the shower water was hot, and the water pressure was great. Add to that, it was a VERY quiet room -- i think sound proofed? A great room for the price. Nearby gas station has water and snacks. Plus, there is a cafe, restaurant, and water snck vending maching on site at the hotel. We needed a ride to the Abu Dhabi Airport, and the travel agent kindly arrange that for us (and gave us a better price than uber!).
