Great location. Great service. Nice size rooms. Kitchen well stocked but not with cleaning supplies to wash dishes or wipe your hands. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

Near to supermarket , pharmacy. Excellent service. Very clean. The only thing me and my friends didnt like was the location of our room which I think was above the Luna Bar. It`s very noisy starting around 10-11pm and we hardly get some sleep for the entire stay of 6 nights. I asked the front desk if we could possibly be moved to another room but said they were full.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt and may stay there again if we go to Dubai in the future. There really is nothing bad about the hotel or its facilities, in fact we were able to check in early as we arrived in the morning and the manager helped us to get a room late morning. Overall, a really good hotel and worthy of a five star rating.

Shout out to housekeepers "Om" and "Praveen" for cleaning my room everyday during my stay with fresh towels and bottles of drinking water (Room 110-A). I will return again soon.

I recently had a pleasant stay in Hyatt place dubai residences. It exceeded my needs and have not ran into any difficulties during my stay. I have observed how professional and friendly the entire hotel team is, however........Big thanks to the "room cleaning crew", which they cleaned my room (2bed/2bath) everyday with fresh towels and replenished bottles of water (coffee/tea included). I have not tried any of the restaurants (breakfast/lunch/dinner) in the hotel nor took advantages of their spa/tour packages they offer, fitness center(s), valet parking, but the pool area is nice and relaxing. If your familiar with Al mina, it is walkable to many local shops and a family park steps away. Self parking was easy. I do recommend Hyatt Place Jumeirah residences a try.

Good but could be better.
I would rate this hotel/apartment 10 out of 10 but unfortunately there was a couple of things that really spoilt it We stopped in apartment 106 which on first glance was excellent. Looking in more detail i was left disappointed. There was a smell from the bathroom that smelt like sewarage and there was bird dropping all over our balcony which hadnt been dealt with our whole stay . Apart from these couple of things i was delighted with the spacious modern new hotel. Location was fine but had to catch taxis to.most places which wasnt much at all. Food was fine but need to cater more for western people and choice was repetitive.

They tried to make a transaction without my permission. They canceled my booking. They tried to shift me to a different hotel. They put me on single room for the first night. Bathroom shower was flooding everyday. Breakfast was fine. Lunch and dinner same food repetition. Outstanding family stay!
This is a fantastic facility for families and other to stay at. We had a wonderful 3 night stay in a 2-bedroom 2.5 bathroom suite. The pool was great, buffet breakfast was outstanding (go there early to avoid the crowds), and staff was very friendly. The facility is very well maintained and super clean. Note that there is a night club on the ground floor and if your room is on the lower floor in the apartments side then you might get noise in your room. So, if you want a quite night then opt for a room on the higher floors. The suite had fridge, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, kitchen, cutlery etc. However, detergent and dish washing soaps were not provided (a minor thing for us). There is a supermarket next door which is open until midnight from where we were able to pick up the needed groceries.

Great for families
Great large rooms and a very caring staff. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. We were a family of 8 with senior citizens and children for 16 days. The appartments are large and clean and all things are well taken care of
