Don't be fooled by the high rating; the hotel is really noisy, very dirty, and has no windows that can't be opened. It's extremely stuffy and has a strange smell that really makes you nauseous. There are 3-4 nightclubs inside the hotel that play loud music until 5 am. There's practically no oxygen in the rooms.

The hotel claims that they have pool and they provide free shuttle service to beach and surrounding area, however when we asked for shuttle they said there is no shuttle service. Also they said the pool is closed and we cannot use it!

I found a bug was flying inside my room. I got bitten then my leg was swollen. When I came back from Dubai I went straight to ER for treatment. The doctor found out my leg was bitten by bug. My leg was really bad already when she check the results. Stay away on this hotel.

Not for light sleepers

The hotel and facilities are generally fine, but there is a club in the hotel that plays very loud music from 11:30 pm - 3 am, even on regular weekdays. Even on the third floor, I had issues sleeping, largely because of the bass. The staff kindly agreed to move me to another side of the hotel, but even there, I could hear the music through earplugs. Light sleepers be warned.

Das Zimmer war an sich sauber, dass Bad allerdings schon ziemlich runter gerockt und bräuchte Mal eine Generalüberholung. Das Personal war auch sehr zuvorkommend. Allerdings gibt es in dem Hotel einen Club und der hat bis 3 Uhr in der Früh offen. Der Bass kommt bis in den Zimmern an. Ist für einen erholsamen Schlaf eher abträglich.

Good hotel, but the nightclub going on until about 4am was an issue. The noise seemed to thud through the whole hotel. Maybe if you were in the opposite corner of the hotel it would be okay. Shame as it was a nice hotel, excellent staff and really handy location, only 2 mins walk from a metro station

Nice hotel

What I remember most is the honesty of the person in charge of cleaning the room. He found my ring and placed it under the lamp. I didn’t even mention I misplaced my ring ( was in a rush to leave that morning). Breakfast buffet👌
