The pool was closed and this is really very bad to experience for a family during July month. How on earth a pool can be closed during summer time for renovation? Time arranged for going to a pool in another hotel is not suitable for familes at all. Getting up early comming back early. I think the manager should be responsible for that. Back to hilton garden inn will never be on our list

the reception staff and the housekeeping was very good and responsive. the hotel lacks dining facilities/ bar/ coffee shop and area around to walk about. The vegetarian food is strictly average and with very little to offer in terms of a menu. The breakfast serving for vegetarians was very average.

All the staff, from management to the front desk, to the dining room/ kitchen and many more, including the room cleaning team, very nice team, serviable, freindly, always greating with smile, ready to make you feel home, I can’t stop talking, and complimenting them to my family and freinds. I will hilly recommend anyone for their stay here at this hotel!!!! I spent 2 weeks with my family of 7 of us, and I will return again and again there, if I travel for Dubai.
